Have not tried that part of the world but reading post quality there is quite good for a reasonable price. My preference and I'm sure others are the Asian cuties. Asia I can just step off the plane and hit the ground running as over the years many contacts. South America I would be starting from scratch but its a idea if things don't improve. My buddy went to Costa Rica last year and said it was definitely condom only. I think Brazil is the same from what I've heard. The Philippines is known for, uh, NOT that.
