Funnily enough you have plenty of time to make posts that add essentially nothing.
A fine specimen of the managerial class you are!
Thats right. I just made time. And you can ask the guy who started at me with his "nothing"ness.

Apropos of absolutely nothing, I left Bangkok's perfect airport about 3. 5 hours ago and landed at the slum this country calls an airport 35 minutes ago, when we were told that no gates were available (at 5:15 AM) and we would just have to wait. This difference alone explains while his place remains firmly ensconced at the bottom of the ASEAN pile.

What if one has no contributions being their first visit to a country?

Yes it is clear what your priorities are. I suggest the moderator moves this to "Manila. You do no know who you are talking to" thread.
So if a new member joins. Which I did recently. Then we can't ask questions only post personal stories?? What if one has no contributions being their first visit to a country?
As I type this I am somewhat distracted by a buxom lass gyrating her pelvis to the left. Just as well I am not typing this in a public place as I might have others drooling over my keyboard.
I don't mind newbies asking questions on this ISG forum, and not just by way of a personal message (=PM). I see it is a place for give and take. But I do expect a questioner to have done a little bit of research by going back a bit and reading the forum (=RTFF). To ask a question like "I have 24 hours in Manila, what should I do?" is for many of us a red rag to a bull because the Manila (and Makati) Forum is full of rich experiences and options. Ask specific questions by all means, and guys here are helpful with their time and response. But after "taking" the information we expect some "giving" in return by posting field reports.

1 Night in Manila
I will be in Manila for the first time for a one night stop over. Spent some time reading the Manila and Makati boards, and I am looking for some guidance. I get into town at 4 pm, heading out the following noon. I want to set up a threesome with two good young, slim, good looking girls. Given that it is only one night, I am not cost sensitive. I tried setting up an account on the websites, too much of a hassle, and for one day, not worth the payback for the effort. I figure my options are Makati (Bottoms, High Heels, Bill Board, etc.), EDSA (Firehouse, Cotton Club), or maybe the KTVs (Asia Entertainment), which although pricey, seem to have some of the best talent. I have sort of ruled out LA Cafe, sounds like it is a bunch of fat old slappers. I am also thinking about Cafe Havana, but it sounds like it might be a bit hit or miss.
Any suggestions in terms of the best quality for young talent? I am not intimidated about negotiating cash for gash or dealing with bar girls. Thanks for your help.

Your assessment is dead on, Havana is hit and miss, a little more miss if you get there after eight, not a table left, as far as Malate (LACAfe) again correct, up until about 11 there isn't much there, however after 11 it does get better, but it is very crowded. Bottoms and the other on Burgos have quality, however it will cost you, plan on 4000 LT, then the drinks and something to eat, you will be in it 6000-7000 pesos, I have not been to EDSA, I plan on it this trip end of May, let me know how it went.

Unlike yourself I don't log in every second of every day with thousands of posts over a year. But then again I didn't check your post history and could care less about your posting history.
I also NEVER said that I would never contribute. Please read correctly. How could I contribute yet if I haven't had any history in the place where Ill be going?? Kinda obvious.

I'd get a hotel near P Burgos. Get your base camp then go out and find your girls. It's in walking distance, so if you don't get what you want, the girls go home and you can go back hunting.
Try a theme room at Bellagio: http://royalbellagio.com/rooms.html.
Sit in the front bar, survey and wander.
Get a booked car to meet you so you don't waste time on Taxi at airport arrival.
Happy days.

Thanks for your advice man, I appreciate it and I will take it. Only thing is that I think I will stay down at the Peninsula or the Shangrila, I am not sure the theme rooms at the Belagio are my caper. It looks like it should only be a 5 minute ride in a taxi, no? Then, if it all goes terribly wrong, I can hit the green belt to try to pick up a free lancer from Cafe Havana. What do you reckon?
Thanks

1 month in Manila
Hello,
Will be heading to Manila for 1 month as soon as my job concludes in August.
Will be renting an apartment around Ortagas. On my previous visits to Manila, I have stayed in Makati and most recently near Malate.
Was wondering how the Ortagas area was. What are some fun places to take a girl on a non expensive date in the area? Live band or something.
Most my expertise is from dance clubs. Looking forward to hitting up these places.
Malate. Exklusiv.
Makati. Palladium, 71 Gramercy, Black Market.
The Fort. Valkyrie, Prive.
Quezon City. Prime, Vanity, Excess.

Paladium is not a big deal. I did not pay any cover charge since I was a New world customer. But the place is overpriced and almost no girls available. Also annoying bouncers.

My office is in Ortigas, and while it's a safe and attractive area it doesn't appear to be to include a lot of fun venues. There are multiple malls, and a huge number of restaurants in the malls however in terms of stand alone places, I've not found many. My friend Red Kilt is far more familiar with the area than I and might disagree with this assessment.
