Based on my Cebu vacation last June 14, 2006, generally speaking the prettiest, sexiest and best girls in Cebu can be found at:

1. Club Harem - heavily petted with a gorgeous girl, almost banged her
2. Arena Club
3. Jaguar - got a girl, banged her at eddies hotel

The rest of these places below, i've been to but didn't find them as nice as the 3 above ...

Infinity KTV - didnt see any nice girl
Steve's KTV - didnt see any pretty ones
Waterfront Lahug - there were girls waiting but not my type
Silver Dollar - friendly girls, but hardly any pretty ones, banged one at hotel
Papillon and neighboring bars - almost same as above
Dimples - same stuff
Club Temptation - same stuff
Finland Massage - low class, mostly old girls
Orchid Massage - similar, i didnt like anyone
Casas, including monettes - not my type

Conclusion: It seems that most of the prettier girls of Cebu have transferred to Manila.

In 3 weeks I'm going to arrive at my hotel on mactan Island, so I have to start to concretise my plans.

Just heard from two different persons that you can 'buy' girls at MBs Tavern, which means that you bang the girl in the rooms there and have to pay for it. (Just like VIP rooms) I'm doing research on cebu-nightlife for about 6 weeks, but never heard about that.

Is this true?

I can say for definate that Exotica does have VIP rooms. Or at least it did last January. You can go VIP with a girl of your choice for 1500. The choice was limited but there were a few crackers.

Dimples was also pretty good as was papillon. I found the girls there to be really friendly and quite sweet. Or they acted that way anyhow!

Over the road BG's was where the real action was and it felt like walking in a roman bath house with couches and people lying everywhere groping each other. Although many of the girls looked very,very young which was a worry.

There was also a lot of action at the Waterfront casino but the quality was not too good.

I will be in Cebu next month. Can you provide the location/prices for 1, 2, & 3. Also, where/time at the Waterfront.

Been to the rest and it has been hit or miss for me - except for the KTV's, Papillon, and Dimples, which have always appeared to me as absolute rip-offs.

The 3 clubs are either at Mandaue area or near it. I make it easy for me so I just take a taxi and tell the driver to go to the clubs. These 3 places are a bit expensive, especially their bar fines, about 5 to 7 thousand. At Club Harem, ask the mamasan to show you the aquarium where the pretty and sexy girls are, The trick is just to table the girl that you like in a VIP room, then start petting them or just drinking in a bar or a seperate table then asking the mamasan for you to see the girls and offer a drink to the one you like. The important thing is to get their tel. No. Then tell them you'll call them tomorrow and possibly go out or to your hotel in the afternoon. Their price to go to the hotel may be P3000 more or less depends on how you negotiate. The girls here are not automatic fuck girls, you have to use your skill and charisama aside from money. As an overall statement, I have learned from this board and my own experience many times its just hit or miss.

I did mention both Papilion & Dimples as not only being tourist traps, but also having downright unfriendly management.

Silver Dollar - I have to say in all my trips to Cebu (since 1993) the best tag-team I ever experieced came from there (Circa 2003). I've been here (again) for over a month. My opions change more! I am now realizing how much there is a "flavor of the month" to the bars. Girls are constantly leaving to move around. new girls come all the time.

I hate to even say what the IN place is now, but one night going around and you'll see where all the cuties are.

I didn't really have probs with the management at Dimples or Pap. They are so visible you'd think they'd be to overcrouded, but sometimes the bars that are NOT visable get such a lack of visitors that all the girls leave for somewhere else.

I saw them at the large round seating area at the entrance of the Casino in the 2nd. floor, they may also be in the lobby wandering around, I noticed some of them also inside the casino waiting for winners to approach them, it may be a hit and miss to find these girls, since there are really not a lot of them hanging out, goodluck!

Went in Dimples about a year ago, early evening around 7pm. Ordered a beer and tipped the bartender 20p, then talked to a lady and bought her a drink. As an aside, I always conduct myself as a gentleman. Civility and manners goes along way with me.

Since I had just come from changing money I only had 1000p notes. When I went to pay the bartender asked me if I had anything smaller. I explained - ever so politely - why I did not. The bartender then proceeded to give me as many coins (as change) as possible. The bartender, a waitress, and the girl I bought a drink for, started laughing out loud as I tried to scoop up the money and leave.
