The rip-off strip joints on Prado Jr and Av. Princessa Isabel. Barbarella plus a couple of others whose names I forget.
Termas = Monte Carlo, Bar22.
Prives = Eden Spa (very good), a couple on Rua Tonelero, some low grade places in Av. Prado Jr 48.

I'm not too big to admit when I was wrong. There is room for everyone.
I guess I spend money on travelling and staying in a nice apartemento and then not on paying for girls to come over but obviously still pay for food, drinks so technically yes-mirrors at home I guess.
Ironically I have found some ultra sexy ones in VM and got 2 home. Price has nothing to do with beauty if you know where to look. And if you're after ghetto dimes-negra, mulatta and morenas.

Sundays Is cool-I like to go early evening. But others find joy like 5 pmish when night shift starts. Some like Sperto have found joy late mornings. I personally try to avoid peak time Friday / sat night-.
However I have gone there on the way baack from a normal club night / party like Olimpo in Bonsucceso-like 4 am-which is better too. Every day you can get busy in VM. Never closes.
Others might have other prefs. I've been pretty good there.

Another night I went there, I was chattin up a young Toni Braxton lookalike when low and behold the other one comes running, screaming and shouting-drunk-that's my guy-that's my guy.
And they had to be separated. I didn't end up going with toni be which I should have done to show the other that I do what I want. I ended up chatting to first one on thefrontline and she calmed down and then I looked up-.
We were surrounded by 10 people, the other girl-her 2 pimps, the madam from her casa and others-they wanted to beat up 1st girl. I said that's not good-basically I had to walk away and the girl threatened to kill toni braxton despite being faced with many people.
It ended amicably with some money changing hands but VM can get a bit spicy! LOL. I had had quite a few Vodka Redbulls! Oh What A Night.
P.S. Toni Braxton was never seen after that.

Just wanted to let the group know, there are great deals to be found for the Olympics timeframe. I secured a 2 BR apartment, 2 blocks from Copacabana beach and near a subway station for $4000 for 10 nights! Still expensive, but not as ridiculous as some places. Plus, I am being allowed to pay over time in four payments! The place is American owned, well appointed, and with several reviews. So far, in the first round of ticket sales, I got tickets for two of my days. Hoping to score more once the free for all starts on Tuesday. If not, I'm sure I'll find something to occupy my time in Rio!
Just thought I'd update in case anyone was making plans.
