His mistake was paying in USD. If he had offered her 400 mil in pesos she would have been happy with that. $200 usd is 800 mil and that's way too much money even if she did stay overnight. Money exchange places are giving 3. 5 or 3. 6, I'm still using pesos from my last trip and tapping my card so the low rate does not effect me much right now.
