Hi everyone,
I mean to Rio 5 times. Just checking on an update that help is closed and now Balcony bar is also closed. Anyone know if there's similar style of bar or club that is open Or any recommendation that is updated for for the trip. Anyone has any numbers for some good fun energetic ladies if they can message me it will be greatly appreciated.

Help has been closed for 5 years and people are still asking about it? When was the last time a major hooker pick-up spot as such was even opened in Rio? Adjust your mongering tactics and get over it already. Those days are over.

Men (and women who like to fuck other women): With wingmen CARTMAN, JEORG, ROVNAK, CHINZANO, PATMARBELEZA has completed most basic patrols of Rio area, with Bonsuccesso and Buzios on the training plan. Fair winds and following seas to JEORG, who heads to Columbia today. PM me for whatsapp / SECRET patrol plans to penetrate the cuzinhas of best bundinhas.
I lucked out, met a cool mofo taxi driver!
I grabbed him off the street on Saturday, he said Where too?
I said, Not sure, LOL.
I told him we where just going to cruise about and find me a nice thin mulata girlfriend, or at least try.
He laughed and said that if I like the mulatinhas, that he's got at least several who he'd introduce me too.
Right on amigo!
Why not?
Anyway, to make a long story short, he introduced me to 3 girls, all 3 great, but one who I stayed with on the beach, ended up having dinner and great sex.
18 year old thin, but nice booty mulata.
Funny she's Whatsappin me, leaving voice messages, Te Amo meu amor branquinho, LOL.
Puppy love I'm sure, yepp.
I befriended this taxi guy, he'll be my go to guy to pick up and transport my girlfriends over.
That way I'll know they're really on the way, you know how they fib when running late, LOL.
He's ex police and military, we talked a lot about Rio, gave me guidance on things including the right way to talk to police if pulled over, etc, etc.
Great dude!
I think I'm liking Rio! LOL.

I have been 3 times.
You did good! What advice did he give you if you got pulled over?
I have been 3 times.
A point he made was, if stopped, obviously be educated and courteous, be friendly and go with the policeman's vibe.
If the cop seems cool, you could say something like, excuse me please for the infraction (whatever that may be), is there any way to resolve (resolver) the matter right here?
If the cop is cool, he may say something like, Tudo bem, tao vez um cafe (or cafezinho) arruma isso.
Obviously depending on the vibe and mood you have to read into the situatuon if the cop is willing to accept a "cafe".
Don't use the word 'suborno' (bribe).
You may just get yourslf in more trouble.
Obviously speaking and understanding portugues is key.
Looks like you do not need a Visa to Travel to Brazil anymore. With the Brazil Economy Suffering, Brazilian Confidence Low, The Olympics coming soon, and The US Dollar Strong, I guess the Brazilian Law Makers are realizing they need to open up tourism.
If they want to jump start the economy. As a American Paying $160 Dollar Visa fee is a pain and it will deter any tourist. I think its a smart move.
If your Jamacian starting today you don't need a Visa anymore.
How well does "playing stupid" work? I would imagine if you act like you don't speak a single word of Portuguese, that most officers would just get annoyed and tell you to move on.
I got stopped in a cab going to Villa Mimosa-as we were entering.
I had left copy of my passport at home. I was very humble and apologized for not having ID and will remember it next time. He let me off but guided me to a club he suggested I enter (he gets a kickback) -I accepted.
But the entrance was only 20 reais.
Another time cab got pulled over in Ipanema! LOL I was in backseat with a hot mulatta who used to work at MC-the cop was more interested in harassing the cab driver.
A third time we got pulled over going into meyer Zona Norte. I had my pp copy and he let me carry on.
It is def annoying because anything could have happened.
Him asking for a cafe- (a mini-gift) to whatever. A guy I know got kidnapped by Police in Sao Paolo coming out of the airport and was made to go to the cashpoint and withdraw 2000 reais in 2 days and then they let him off outside the city.
Brazil is Brazil.
Many of my people get stopped repeatedly. Also out of Rio-in the country side it can be worse! LOL.
Defintely suborno time w / o neccesarily saying it as stated.
No-playing stupid with no ID will cost you money. An invitation to get done.
Always having your ID on you is a given. I was pulled over once in Meier with a girl. As soon as the cop got out of the car she told me "Don't let him know you speak Portuguese, only speak english! The officer pulled us both out of the car and tried to interview me, I acted like I didn't understand anything he was saying. AFter a few minutes, he just got annoyed, handed me my ID and said for me to get back in the car. She ended up giving him 50 R and we were on our way. She explained that if the cop knew I understood portugese, we would have ended up paying a lot more money.
I hope so too, but I don't expect much from a country that keeps on referring to itself as a 'Pais do Futuro' (I. E. Never reaching its full potential). Reciprocity (I. E. Brazilian pride) is at stake in here.
1. US / Canada requires visas for Brazilians. Brazil require back visas for Americans / Canadians.
2. US starts taking digital photos / fingerprints of all visitors at the port of entries (as of mid-2000). Brazil starts taking digital photos / fingerprints, but only for visiting Americans at GRU / GIG. The process was truly comical. Americans used to have a special line for this measure at the airport. Sometimes the agents will take the pictures, most of the times, these preguioso agents won't even bother. The process lasted for a couple of years before it was discontinued. Today, whenever I arrive to GRU / GIG, these cameras are still in display collecting dust. It brings back good memories (cheap sex-great sessions when Rio was Rio).
If Brazil was really smart, it could instate 'Visas on Entries' for the visiting Americans / Canadians. The way it works is that once you deplane, you go to a kiosk and buy a stamp for say 20-30 Reais, then proceed to the immigration line. You hand in the passport, stamp, get briefly interviewed, then the agent would issue you a 'one time only' entrance visit. Repeat the process the next time you visit. More money to the coffers.
By doing so, embezzlement at the consulates can be reduced as one of the articles stated. The consulates abroad will be reduced in size and their role will be limited to cater only for Brazilians affairs. Cost savings all across the board. But, alas, this is BraSil. The 'Pais do Futuro'.
