Cartagena has some good universities. Universidad Cartagena and UTB are good schools. Most kids can't afford them though, so they have to go to these vocational programs to get a license in English or take some business classes. Even worse, there isn't much in the way of industry in the city outside of tourism, so wages absolutely suck. Imagine making 1. 2 M COP a month after busting your behind in school for years. Just awful. So most girls will live at home until they save enough with their boyfriend to move out or live in the bad barrios on the edge of the city with a friend.

We go to the Bodytech in Caribe Plaza, and there are a few hotties working out there all the time. And there were a few beauties sunning themselves outside our complex near the pool.
