One more vote: I just bought a couple of pairs of shorts for the first time since electricity was invented. I was going on a fishing junket where jeans would just be hot and sweaty. But I bought very presentable cargo shorts and have taken to wearing them in Cebu during the day with my first ever pair of sandals. And a stylish T or collared shirt. I just can't do the wife beater / flops look. Can't do it. I don't care what the other guys are wearing, just can't quite do less. The pros don't care, of course, but the amateurs appreciate a bit of care in dress, in my experience. But I also haven't ventured way out in the weeds, places smaller and more obscure than Dumaguette or Surigao.

I use only phils as a playground and ex from a baby situation I have no reason to view it differently. Phils is not my kind of country ex the willing pinay pussy running me over. There are a few negative blokes here hammering away. Experienced punters I am sure and they have beaten me up as well.
