I have been there a fair number of times. It can be very busy sometimes, which is why I think the guys there are going for the prostate services (niche market). Every girl there offers it to me but I decline. I tried to order from their more "kinky" menu before, just simple tease and denial. Given your local communications skill, why not consider to ask if the girls have a baby or not?
