I tried to go to M during the long holiday. Arriving at the street, cops (one car with 360 camera above pulled over in front of the bar and one patrol scooter pulled in the corner. No action, just collecting intel of people going in and out.
Tried out the site 91 Meimei yesterday, and figured I'd share some insights. My mandarin is okay which is good because chrome's translate function didn't seem to work. First off, you have to register to select a city. There's no authentication so you can put in any email. The site works a lot like how others had described that mshequ site. You need to buy and use their "coins" to unlock contact information. From other reports, people said you can post your reviews with hidden contact info to get coins (I'll explain how this affects users in a moment).
I chose to pay the 58 for 300 coins. After paying via QR, you need to input the last 8 digits of the transaction and your wechat name, then wait 5 minutes. I'm not sure if it's the ID or your name as it appears to others, so I tried both and can't say which did it. Bit uneasy having put that info in, but figured if there's a list, I'd would already be on it from the last 15 years.
I used coins 5 times (10-15 per), and results were very hit or miss. 3 were just QQ numbers which I don't have yet, one was a defunct wechat ID, and one was a wechat ID of somebody totally different from the photo posted. In their bio section, there were other phone numbers listed, and all those led to different people. I didn't add anybody as I wasn't ready to meet, and based on how little they resembled the original post, led me to wonder. What I'm guessing is somebody wanted coins and posted a photo that would get a lot of action.
Will report more when the time comes, but this site seems to be a lot of work and could lead to a lot of wasted time and catfishing. Anybody have insights?

Quite days since before the big holidays. Information from one of the guys working at the recently popular place on wanping lu tells me we could expect their business resuming after the CIIE, so around November 1st. I have been going there regularly for the last year, and it became my recent favorite for the fair pricing and the absolute lack of bullshit. It's clear what you get and for what you get it, no tipping no bargaining, and even tho the level of the girls is not super high, there are a couple of quite sexy and young ones. So, until after November 1st they are open but keeping this veggie. This mentioned staff who informed me also asked me a couple of times to go to an alternative location close to Suzhou creek where he says service is super nice and girls are top. Prices are 700,900 and 1200, depending on the level of the girl, for what I think is a classic massage + HJ, but I could be wrong. I asked him to show me the girls, and I wasn't appealed at all. Pictures were of the classic very retouched type and girls seemed to look or to want to look the type that locals most like which is not my cup of tea, so I will keep on waiting for my favorite three girls to be back to business in wanping lu.

It's in a short lane that goes east from Wanping Nan Lu in front of where Xingeng Lu starts. After just less than 50 m on the right you will find a big entrance to an empty lobby with a large staircase that leads directly to the place on the second floor.

She looked stunning in pictures and the reviews seemed good enough. Easy to coordinate on WC / WA and her English is quite good. Called her a day earlier and she arrived on time. Brown (since she is an Indo) but Pretty and petite. Easy going friendly, quite passionate in bed and gives a good GFE except hesitant with DFK. A bit pricey if you want multiple shots.
