Thanks for all of the on the ground reporting and updates you guys are doing. This forum slowly seems to be coming back to life. Looks like a lot of positive things are taking place. If they are going out of their way to attract our attention (Classicos re-opening and back to 100 peso entrance, Sosua Bay now chica friendly, PC closing on the weekends, D'Latins and Winners Circle) , then lets get our asses down their and support!

Also Passions had Cristols quality chicas 6. 5s to 9s. No crackdowns that I saw. Impressed with Passions new set up. I got some lap dances with boobs in my mouth sitting at the bar without tbe girls asking for a dime and couldn't get my wingmen to leave. Beers at Passions was 100 pesos which is same as Dlatins.
Stayed at Rocky's in October. This report is mainly for first timers to Sosua, you guys that come here all the time know how it is.
Flew into Puerto Plato, (POP) after going through customs, immigration, and all that, went outside. Had a driver waiting for me, got in the car and off we went. About 20 minutes later, arrived Rocky's. The owner of the hotel was there waiting, greeted me, checked me in, introduced me to a few guys that had been staying the last week, and I tried to get some sleep.
Yeah right! Too excited to be here, spent the last 6 months working in Alaska, no beach, no women, nothing! Walked down to Rubys, #144 on the beach. A lot of the guys hang out there. It's a cool place, the bar staff & owner take care of you. Walking back to the hotel, about 50 feet from Rubys, was approached by a cute haitian girl. While she's still hanging on, another comes by and grabs the other arm. Is it that obvious that I've been in the land of big hairy women?
Ended up staying out until about 2a. M, with a few breaks in between.
Sorry, this is already getting too long, and that's only the first day. So, short and to the point:
The good:
Rockys. Stayed here. Nice room, hot water, cable tv, movie nights, full bar, food, pool access across the street, wouldn't call it security but the bar staff won't let anyone bother you. Walked by a few places that had dudes with shotguns at the gate, not really into that much "security".
Rubys. On the beach, #144. Way cool bartenders, american / french / german crowd. Most speak spanish, so a good place for everyone. They don't care if girls are there, but won't let them harass you.
Baileys. Great pizza, and noon to about 2, local style buffet. Less than 200 pesos for chicken, rice, beans, salad.
Jolly Roger. A cool place to hang out, mellow atmosphere compared to the nightclubs.
Ricky's. Good food from about noon on, choice of chx, beef, pork, and fish. On Pedro Clisante.
The bad:
Not being able to sit in a bar and relax. Jolly Roger, Baileys, Rubys are good for this, everywhere else you will have company in 30 seconds. It's cool the first couple times, but after a few days it gets old. Find a wingman to hang with and it's not so bad.
How should I put this, maybe "other treats"-
Passions. A little bit of heaven, if you can handle the pressure. So many beautiful girls, and they all want more. Expect to have 3 girls on you at all times, tried hard but couldn't find an ugly one in the bunch. Expensive if you want to do more than look, but at the same time, no BS. Prices are set, they won't steal or beg for more at the end of the night.
There are a bunch of massage places. 300 to 500 will get you in the door for an hour or so.
The street girls are a different story. Found a couple gems, but for the most part, they are what you would expect. Trying to get as much money as possible for the least amount of time. You will learn to say no real quick. Of course, always set prices and how much time before going back to the room. I don't really like tln, would much rather sleep by myself. Most of the girls would ask for 3000 right away, for that price I could stay home. So put your negotiating skills to work. It was pretty easy to reach a number we could both live with, just remember when you are done, they're going to ask for money for a motoconcho, and they expect a tip. Don't know how this got started, the first couple times it was irritating, I don't tip. After asking some of the guys I met around town, most were tipping anywhere from 200 to 500 pesos. So just changed what I want to "pay", called the rest a tip, and everybody's happy.
Don't forget, lock up all your valuables, wrap that rascal, and have fun!
Great report! Nice to get that newbie take on things. 6 months in Alaska. OMG. This must have been a nice escape. Well done!
Thanks for reporting back, and don't apologise for writing too much. Good to hear about someone enjoying themselves and not whingeing about trivial matters. Any more to tell us?

If you are wearing that "fresh out of Alaska" expression you will attract them. They rarely bother me, and never for more than two seconds. But seriously, that will soon cease to become a problem for you. The downside is that it will follow from everything ceasing being new and interesting for you.
Nothing quite like that first trip. Later trips can be better in many ways. You learn to save money, you have made good friends, you have learned which are the best hotels and restaurants, etc, but nothing matches the excitement of the first trip.

You don't do TLN (I rarely did ST) so agree (say) 1000 to 1500. If they perform well tip them another 200 to 500 pesos. If rubbish, still pay what was agreed and put it down to experience. I always give another 50 pesos for moto if asked but don't get suckered into paying taxi fares.

I am telling ya that guy is a monger. All the places, scenes and scenarios he places himself in points right to it. He looks just like the lost soul shuffling up and down Sosua beach on a hot day.

Hey, does this hot ass still work at Rubys?

Went to Rockys this morning for breakfast. They were still mopping up from the monsoons. Met Sydney a pleasure to meet you. It was still on and off raining so I headed out to Puerto Plata. Toured Ocean World and Confresi and the beach there it was dead as hell no chics to speak of. Went to some Malecon bars. Forgot to mention the other night I went to Pure disco about a mile west of FOD it has some lookers but bring yout best clothes it doesn't start going until 2 or so. I pussy partroled the entire Playa Dorada beach from El Pueblito to the East end. I am not sure if the weather was a factor or if it is just that dead but a complete waste of time. Got back to Sosua beach pussy patroled the whole thing twice not much for hot ones so I staked out the middle entrance to the beach. I ate and left the weather was still a factor.
Question 1)" Menu option 2. Regular massage 1300 pesos." I assume this is just a massage, no happy ending or anything else sexual related?
Question 2)" Menu Option 3. Full Service" There is no time associated with it: Until you pop, or 1h or 2h? And is there a massage involved in full service or just "whambamthankyoupapi"
Question 3) Of the fees, let's say 2500 pesos for full service, what does the house get and what does the girl keep?
Thank you.
Q.
P. S. I apologize if these questions have been answered before, but I am unable to do searches in these forums because of a forum bug that seem to effect a few members. This bug sorts the posts in ascending order (newest posts are numbered #1) , but the forum database keeps posts in descending order (oldest post is numbered #1). I do not experience this bug when I am logged out (all posts are listed descending) , but then I have limited access LOL. And yes, I have posted this bug before and send Jackson 3 [unanswered] emails.
Question 3) Of the fees, let's say 2500 pesos for full service, what does the house get and what does the girl keep?
Are you planning on helping the workers form a labor union?
Are you planning on helping the workers form a labor union?
Damn, my plans are uncovered LOL.
No, actually the reason I ask is I am using the passion "menu" prices in the back of my head when negotiating with the free lancers. It will serve as a guideline, not a rule. Basically I will frequent Passions, check out the talent, but will also carouse through other parts of the town, and when meeting other (pro / semipro) chicas I have a frame and price of reference to help me discuss prices fairly for both parties.
I know I know, I read tons of posts about what ISG members are paying or are willing to pay, which I will call the lower limit, but if there is a girl that has the bod plus a great personality, I would be willing to fork over a higher price but at the same time I have to be careful not to wind up as a pendejo, paying chicas more then what they would earn working in let's say Passions. So, if I find said chica, and she is playing hardball, I will have the information in the back of my head to walk, look for another, or return to passions; p
I hope that (long) explanation made some sense LOL. ST prices are pretty easy to apply. The TLN is more of interest though, wondering how much of that the girl keeps.
Are you planning on helping the workers form a labor union?
He probably wants to know, so he can offer the right amount when he asks them to come over before they go to work or to come over on their day off.
I know when I was in Santo Domingo, I would always ask the casa girls what their cut of the 3500 pesos price tag was. That way, I knew what to offer them to come over. If they only got 2000 out of the amount I would have to pay, then I wouldn't off them 3000 pesos swing thru my place.
