I am working out a plan of action for my next trip to Jakarta. I will only be in Jakarta for 3 days so have no time to waste. I am going to stay in a Hotel near Hotel Travel, I remember the traffic being a total nightmare and don't want to waste a lot of time sitting in traffic, how long will it roughly take in the evening to travel by taxi from hotel travel to kota indah area, and also interested in checking out Maliboro, is this far from hotel travel.
Traffic is not a huge issue if you are staying in that part of Jakarta and wanting to visit the major brothels. Travel Hotel to Classic is a 5 minute ojek ride even with traffic. Travel to Kota Indah is at most 10 minutes on an ojek. Later in the evening (even early evening) traffic is non issue in that part of the city.
My suggestion would be stay at any of the hotels on Gajah Madah / Hayam Waruk. From there you can easily access Classic and Travel. Also easily go to Malio. Also easily go to Kota Indah. If you are thinking about a slightly better spa like experience, then there is 1001 and Delta, both easily accessible. All places are a short 10 min ride on a GoJek (ride share app for bikes).
Alternately if you want zero down time, stay at Hotel Classic, their rooms are not bad. The brothel operates from 3 pm to 3 am every day and there are more chicks than you can possibly shag in 3 days. You are only limited by your own stamina and appetite.
Thanks for the info. Can you recommend any hotels in Gajah Madah / Hayam Waruk.
Can you recommend any places worth visiting in the Kelapa Gading area? I m now thinking about spending a further 2 nights in Jakarta on the return leg of my trip so could possibly check out this area then.
King's Cross, MTR2, and D'Heaven. Sumo is also good. They are all right next to each other. You can walk from one to the other in a minute.
Thanks for the info. Can you recommend any hotels in Gajah Madah / Hayam Waruk.
I must have woken up on the right side of bed today. Why else would I reply to such a question from a BM who has 5 posts, all questions!
The answer to this question really depends on your budget. A simple search on Agoda reveals 106 different options. However, I am not feeling that good that I would list out all these 106 hotels along with price and a short description of the hotel and a note whether its girl-friendly or not (yes, I see that question coming next!
Benderover thanks for the info. Is New Kimochi the same type of set up as Travel Hotel?
Travel Hotel is like Classic. Big huge disco with nobody dancing. Loud music. Alcohol service. All the guys smoking cigarettes. Girls sitting on couches up against the wall. You walk in and MMS stalks right up to you pointing her laser pointer at any girl she thinks you might have a fancy for. You have the pick of anywhere from 50 to 150 fuckable girls, but you'll probably have your eye set on your few favorite.
New Kimochi is not a disco place. It's a massage parlor. You enter, it's quiet in the lobby with a counter. They have a couple of dozen photos of girls in uniform up on the board. You pick one you like (and hopefully she's not already in a session) and they ask you if you want plus, plus plus, or plus plus plus. You pay accordingly and go up for your massage.
When you're done, you can leave. The last time I tried to tip the girl 100 k, she tried to give it back to me telling me that I paid in full downstairs already. I smiled at her, closed her hand around the bill, and told her I knew and it was hers to keep. She beamed a big smile at me like tips are very unusual and I was a prince. Who knows. When in doubt, leave a tip, don't be an asshole.

Hotel.
Check out Best Western Mangga Dua, huge high-rise building with decent rooms and pretty good breakfast. KI / Classic / Travel nearby.

Kimochi 2.
Does any brother has any recent experience of Kimochi 2? As much as I enjoy Classic night life, need to get out for that building for some day game!

I know you can search online for hotels but you can't beat a recommendation, a good breakfast is a must after a big night out.
All the guys smoking cigarettes.
So true. It's amazing how almost every local smokes in those places.

New kimochi.
I guess I was blind to read your report. Question though, what are the differences between plus, plus plus and plus plus plus. LOL. Reminds me of the movie "Dictator" where there was several meanings of same word Aladdin, LMAO.
Can you recommend any places worth visiting in the Kelapa Gading area? I m now thinking about spending a further 2 nights in Jakarta on the return leg of my trip so could possibly check out this area then.
As Smoothy said, Kings Cross Sumo and MTR2. Then you are 10 minutes by Ojek from the Tanjung Priok bars, Rawa Malang if your budget is low and plenty of massage with ++ available at the block named Ruko Gading Bukit Indah which is 400 meters from Santika hotel My Place and some others and then a golf driving range around 200 meters further down from the Kings Cross, Sumo area.
Kelapa Gading is not a bad destination for our craft. It is also the food epicentre of Jakarta with hundreds of restaurants. Sarang Oci is very good for fish and Manado cuisine.

If I was on a 3 day stay in Jakarta and could choose any place to stay, I would stay right next to the Kelapa Gading area and hit those places. Kelapa Gading Mall is very close to them as well. It's a one stop shopping center perfectly designed for mongers.

I have thought about this several times, however I always end up staying in Central Jakarta, because I like the club scene in the night. Would girls from the popular night spots in Central / South Jakarta be open to going with an admirer all the way to Kelapa Gading? I think it might be a challenge, no?

If it's shopping at Mall Kelapa Gading then you might get your girl.
