I know a few guy's it has happened to while in the states and they assumed responsibility. It has happened with a lot of others (my self included) that are here full time and either they have gone the abort route or have paid off the family by buying them a business,etc.

I have made total of eight girls pregnant so far outside USA.

1. I would see the girl every five days or so to see if she has her period.
2. Next time you see her do not come in her and say you have a genetic heart disorder and do not want to risk getting her pregnant. See if you can get her to bring up the topic.

I would suggest do not bring up the topic of pregnancy when you talk to her. I believe you are still in touch with her and partly in love.Why stir up a hornets nest? Besides how do you know she does not have another man or two she has sex with when you are not in town.
