So I've been staying at la Casona dorada on ave Independencia and I'm currently waiting for a Venezuelan hottie who was staying across the street hotel Navarro. Guys casona dorada is a good location. My last day in the DR I spent in Santo Domingo. This report is really going into detail about my rookie exploration. I have never been to DR. I have never "mongered" or done something like this. I'm mid 20's. Here goes.
From Sosua I took the Metro bus to SD. IMO Caribe bus is better. Took 5 HR and 30 min to get to SD from Sosua. Get off and Uber my ass to my Airbnb in zona colonial right on Callie El conde, a block away from Grands. AirBNB was private apt with TV, kitchens and all that. No security. So you can bring as many chicas as you want. For a rookie, this was not a smart move as I find out later. AirBNB location was impossible to find, had to have this Barber who spoke English find it for me. Hit up the WhatsApp of the casas and sure enough they all quoting 3500 pesos for 1 hour. Even the Venezuelan spot Mr. E / Knowledge said was 3000. I say fuck that caz after Sosua and BB this seems a little too much. Call an Uber to go to Adrian tropical for lunch, traffic at 5 pm is deadly, I'm just sitting in the car and its not moving. I cancel uber and decide to go have lunch at Grands. I sit near some white guy who's been there while I was waiting for my Uber. It was him and 3 other black guys sitting and talking about some shit, I didn't pry or listen to hard. Have some food and then leave. Back to AirBNB. Someone locked the front gate with a lock and I didn't have keys to the lock. Can't get in touch with host. Go sit on the bench contemplating what I'm do. Locked out for like 15 mis, go back and see gate is open. Go to host apt and tell him about lock, he gives me another paid of keys to open it. So lesson for those that AIRBNB. Make sure the keys fucking work and you have emergency phone numbers to contact them.
Go to Renaissance Hotel and Casino at 830 pm. Walk the Malacon. Amazing view and attraction Saw some SW, 2 came up and said hola and touched me, I said no gracias. This is where my trip report and night really strarts.
In front of the casino and bar they had this huge stand set up idk wtf that was about until I met my NY to DR hustler friend George. So I'm about to enter the casino and this guy who's in the parking lot just standing there looking like he's directing traffic or some nonsense calls out to me in Spanish. I say in English I'm going to casino. We talk in English and he says he's from NY too. Ight cool he speaks English and from NY. I should have known that combo don't mix too well in DR. He tells me his name is George and he does security for Renaissance. He shows me some ID with his name but nothing that mentioned he's security. I'm like maybe that's how it is in DR. Guy starts talking to me and says what are you doing here. I say it's my last day in DR and I wanted to come to his place. He says oh man that sucks it's your last day, I'm like yeah got to go back to work. He then says well let's go inside, "I work here so I know the place" I go with him and he shows me around the Place from the bar to the back of the hotel. Amazing hotel, definitely would love to stay there. So we in the bar talking about his life and how he has a kid in NY and that he hasn't seen him for 9 years caz he don't have a green card or some shit. He seemed like a genuine cool guy but he had his agenda. I ask him when the bar get popping. He says around 12:30 am the live band comes in and the bar gets people coming in around 1 am. It's open 24/7. At the time it was around 920 pm. There were 2 males with their female companion. One female was a hot white Latin looking, probably Dominican. She was with some cubby Hispanic / white looking guy who looked to be 10-15 years older than her. Then there was a skinny one also pretty but she was with some old white dude who was like 20 years older. That guy spoke Spanish and was singing to the karaoke Spanish song. There's no one coming into the bar, at least no chicas so the dude tells me where you want to go, I tell him maybe look for girls. He says alright. But let me show you around the hotel. So we look around. Very nice hotel. We pass by some area where there's a bunch of people in suites. George tells me those are some high profile people who are here for the Independence day festival. That big area I saw in front of the hotel, well the big politicians will be sitting there for Independence day. That explains what that is.
So we look around and finally he says let's go to Oasis. I'm like what, he pulls out a flyer show casing girls and shit. So it's a strip club. I say okay. We go walk about the area a bit and I see a lot of the spots people talk about such as Hotel Raizor, Villa hermanos, and other shit. Hotel razor is really nice, IMO it's in a good location. You got the malecon, the Casino, and the strip clubs. All this time George is teaching me Spanish phrases and telling me and asking when I'm be back, and that I should should learn good enough Spanish.
So we get to Oasis Bar. Small club with about 10 working girls, at this time 1020 pm. We take a seat on the sofa and girls line up. I see someone I like named Cyril or some thing that starts with the letter see and we talk. The pimp (manager / W. E its called) who runs the place is named Jesus, and he comes back and ask what I'm drinking, I say just coca coal since I don't drink. The girl asks buy me a drink, I says sure. George gets a cola. The girl tells me she's from Santiago, she's 35 has 2 kids. After talking and drinking she ask what I want, if I want 1 HR or 2 HR. I say whole night, how much. She says 300 USD. I say I only have pesos. She then says, if I'm not mistaken, oh you can pay 3500 for every hour your with me, I'm like WTF. Call George over and he talks to her and then he tells me 7000 pesos. I says LOL. Tell her I was in sosua yesterday and had a girl from Santiago for 4500 whole night. She says this isn't Sosua. I'm like yeah no shit. I'm not fucking rich. I say no, George goes and talks to the Jesus. He comes back with the manager and the manager starts discussing money, how much I have. I kinda see where this is going so I start to just play low ball. I says I got 2300 pesos on my RN and 60 $ in US. In total that's 5300 pesos. He says no you can't do all night for that much, just 2 hours. I says never mind then. George tells him I went to Sosua and got this for 4500 and shit. Still no whole night, just 2 HR. I say never mind and let me get the bill. Jesus looks mad and pissed. I go to pay at the bar and he says it's 450 pesos for the drinks. Give him 1000 pesos. Then he says how much you have left, I take it all out and it's 1300 left. He says I thought you had 5300. I say no I. Have 60 $ dollars left in my hotel room. Okay I actually had it on me, hiding in my socks (in NY I Milly rock) caz I didn't want some stupid shit to happen as I've been told by couple people it's more dangerous just due to pick picking and people asking for money and shit. So he does his conversion and he says you have 4800 pesos, I'm like na it's 5000. I says I have some extra pesos on me but that for tomorrow in case I need it to get a taxi or something. He says okay give the girl The 60 dollars and I'm take all your 2300 and you can have all night. I says okay deal. Here's where this dude finesses me, he goes to the back where the girls Change and comes back and tells me of the girl just threw up and can't go out with you. I'm like wtf. He then brings these 5 girls who I did not want out and says pick one. I say no I want the one I was talking to. George is explaining to me how she just threw up from drinking too much and shit. I'm like okay this is some BS. I tell him never mind give me my money back, he says okay. I'm pretty sure he shorts me some pesos, and then he takes it upon himself to take a 50 pesos tip. I'm like okay w. E I'm not in my country so I won't say anything. I mean he did give me girls for the price, it's just I didn't want them due to looks. I guess he just told those girls to come out caz none of them came to me first and they did not seem interested in me. I tell George let's go and we leave. He tells me he will take me to another spot.
It's Foxys. We enter and there's only 2 people inside and just the girls. We take a seat look at the girls. In my head I'm like LOL, she has two kids, is 35 why. O and wants that much. Some of you are probably thinking why the fuck are you with him still? Honestly I didn't think he was trying to fuck me over or anything. He didn't give off that kinda vibe and I just wanted some who knew the place and spoke Spanish to guide me.
He tells me he knows this other place that has Venezuelan girls and it's much cheaper and they are nicer. I'm like really, I thought they charged more for their services. He's like na they are cheaper caz their country is in shambles and they need money. I'm like yeah I know, it's bad over there. So we leave Foxys and as we walk he goes inside Oasis and I'm like where you going, he said let's see if you can get that girl for 3. 5 k and that there are more girls inside now caz it's around 11 pm. I didn't want to go back after the previous encounter but my ass still went inside. Yeah there was def more girls, like 20-25, pretty much filled the place, some hot ones now too. As we enter a couple line up and I just pick one that had some big tits and nice face. My dumbass didn't even talk to her and I just said I wanted her. The pimp, Jesus said ight 3500 for 2 hours. I ask George where he's going after this, he's like "I'm drop you off, make sure you safe". I'm like this guy def wants some cash. I didn't care giving him money but how much was he going to ask. The chik comes out and we leave downstairs. Go to get a taxi and the Mafia wants 250 for a 5 min drive. I'm like George, tell this fool I can get an Uber for 100 pesos, I show him Uber which says 100 pesos. George tells him and he counters with 150, I say 100, he says 150. W. e I'm not going to argue over 50 pesos. We get in and I tell him we got to stop at Paco's / Grands. He's like ight. We stop in front of Grands, and I just says let's just walk caz my hotels right there. The chica agrees. I go to Grands caz I had to get pesos to pay the chica. So I ask what's the rate. Guy at the count says 50. So I give him 50 $ USD to exchange. Then his dude says oh it's 48 pesos. I'm like I came in this morning and got 50 pesos. He's like oh in the night it's less. I'm like wtf kinda logic is that. I'm sure this dude saw I was with a chica and wanted to give me less. W. e I had no choice. George is there and I tell him straight up, what you want from me, he's like you know some cash to get me thru the tough times and shit. I'm like you know I got nothing left but I had 10 USD left and I just hand it to him. He's like oh man this won't do, I can't do nothing with this. I open my wallet and show him, it's empty. I got nothing. The pesos I just got is going to chica. I tell him thanks for showing me around and he leaves.
I walk with the chica to my hotel. She speaks no English and doesn't have a translator app on her phone so she was using mine. I ask her what's he name again she says Lysha. She's like no he tells me you pay first. So I pay the 2000. Now this girl is like it's supposed to be 3500, I'm like what? I paid Jesus 1500 and he told me to pay you 2000. She's like oh he never said anything like that. I'm like that's what he told me. She goes to her phone and starts calling him. He doesn't pick up. So she's not doing anything until she gets her pimp to tell her that I paid him 1500 and got to give her 2000. I'm going back and forth telling her I'm not lying and that I paid and w. E. Reason number 2 as to why Airbnb might not be the best. The place I stayed in had cameras but no security or anyone to check the chica ID. At this point I'm like fuck, what if this girl calls the cops or some shit l, I'm be fucked. So I'm a little worried she might pull some shit and wish there was security I could call or someone who took her ID down. I think it's important especially for newbies. So in this regard, hotel would be more suited, because there is security and safety. Okay so About 25 minutes go by. She hasn't called the cops or someone LOL so I'm Gucci for now. I says yo if you think I'm lying, just take 500 pesos and get out caz I'm not going to force you to be here or waste time. She's like your telling me one thing and Jesus told me another so I'm trying to see which is it. I'm like I know but half an hour went by and he isn't answering your calls or mine, we are wasting time. Finally she says okay. It's 1140 ish now. She comes on the bed finally and starts to kiss me and shit. She gives me a BBBJ for like 1 min and then puts the condom on and gives me a CJBJ. I didn't care BB felt like someone's ripping the skin off my dick, and she didn't even have braces. She does that for like 5 minutes. I wanted to 69 but she didn't want that. I'm like okay. I don't want to argue, I know I won't win. She packs her shit, I take her down and I don't even say goodbye and neither does she. I don't like calling girls names, but she was a dumb * and I was a dumbass for taking her without talking to her.
So this is my report on my 1 day in SD. Was it bad? Na. Was it worth the experience? Yea. Did it go how I wanted? Nope LOL. But I gained experience and knowledge. You can lose money but always get it back. But experience and knowledge stays with you. I really wanted to hit a casa but after this I said fuck that. Woke up and had breakfast at Affogato Caf. Great spot. It's now 915 am and I got to be out to get my flight at 11. Its a 25 min drive to airport. I go back to my apt and everything was packed, all I had to do was call the Uber. I should have known these fuckers would play games. I go call one Uber, the driver messages me asking where I'm going. I say airport. Guy says you have to pay me in cash. I'm like no Uber pays you. He says some dumb shit and I just cancel the ride. I look on the Uber app and see there's another 2 cars, same spot / area. I call another uber. Guy messages me and says where I'm going, I say airport and he's like 25 USD. I'm like dude this is Uber you can't ask for money, I'm going to report you, he cancels the ride. I also don't have any pesos on me caz I spent it all on the chica. I didn't want to go to Grands after the BS they pulled yesterday. So I ask my host who lives in the apt next to me if he knows someone with a taxi. He says yeah. 1000 pesos. I say okay 20 USD. Tell driver to go rapido. Got to the airport at 1010. Went to the JetBlue counter and they said welp your flights closed. I'm like fuck what time did it close. She says 1006. I say wow they really couldn't let me in, she's like nope. She got me on the next flight that was leaving at 1145. I'm like ight bet. Go thru customs and security and finally get on the plan to take off. Lesson learned. Leave early. Again life experience. So if you guys want to use Uber, IMO it's still shady and not perfect. Had a lot of rides canceled on me. It's good when your not going far or have somewhere important to be but note that you showed always have a backup or just fucking leave early. That works too. Anyways that's my report.
I know it's pretty dull with not much info on the mongering but I think / hope people who's first time traveling and coming here should know what to watch out for / expect and shit. I think SD has a lot of chicas, you just got to know some level of Spanish to pull them. This whole trip was one hell of an experience and I'm definitely coming back. It didn't leave a sour taste in my mouth, I was disappointed I couldn't go to certain places and do certain things but nothing that made me want to not come back. Maybe I can get one of the experienced DR guys on the forum to show me around next time.
