The moral of the story is that we mongers need to be vacinated for all the vaccines that th CDC recommend for travelers. I have some but not sure if all, (didn't have chickenpox) I will be testing for all the cdc vaccines to see which ones I need vaccination. We are not invencible, viruses and bacterias due attack, we need to get all precautions, being sick is not fun.

I imagine you felt very ill. For the rest pf your life you will carry a latent herpes virus, which may manifest itself in various ways, and in various skin lesions. After a month of work in Mato Grosso, I set aside two quick days to take a break in Rio before heading home.
