Yes, but I've never availed myself of it, so I don't recall the rate. I once knew, but have forgotten. All I remember is that it is considerably more than their on site rate. Your best bet is to arrange directly with the girl to meet with you after the club closes (7:00 PM) and negotiate the rate with her.

I was there monday and I was able to negotiate an after work $100.00 price for a fellow mongerer. The going rate is around $150.00. They usually leave around 7:30-8:00pm.
The problem is getting their phone numbers with out security busting you. They watch you like a hawk.

Most of the girls there will "work" after hrs. and you don´t have to worry about getting busted getting phone numbers like at kiss fresh.

You can find it no problem. The quality depends on your tastes. I myself enjoy thick latin women in their late 20's early 30's. I found many of those in the low end places. You will not get KF material for sure but if you just want to smut out and drink cheap beers with a decent looking female el centro is the place to go.
It is very seedy in that area so be careful.

I remember reading posts about $60/70 take out(after work) from KF. This was about a year ago I think. $100 for short term sounds way too high. $60 seems more reasonable. If $100 is for overnight then it is a good deal. $150 then why bother just get two 45 minute threesomes at KF to cool you off.
If those numbers are in your league then fine. If not don't sweat it. There are other options. You can go to any bar and make a deal with a girl as long as she is comfortable with you.
