Puffy nipples are when the areola around the nipple is slightly puffy and stands out a bit from the breast. If you look at the 6th picture along in Alexa's pics you can sort of see what I mean.

Lads. Tried, so to speak, to plow virgin fields yesterday with a daytime visit to the "exclusive" (just ask them) Bel Ami private club, near the Olympic Stadium. Called beforehand to get a feel for the scene and was told there were only 4 staff there now but more would arrive after 16:00. Price info impossible to find anywhere on the web including their site. No entrance fee, staff rates are slightly higher but comparable to all private houses-e. G. 45 min for €150, 60 for €200. The difference is you can hang out in their pool, sauna, get some free soft/warm drinks. In theory, not a bad deal. After 20:00, same rates apply but you also have to buy an obligatory €250 bottle of champagne, which surely keeps the waiting ques down.

What actually happened: I arrived at 15:30, was given a quick tour of the attractive mansion, then I was told again there were only 4 staff there now but more would arrive after 16:00, and more still after 20:00 (surprise). None moved my desireometer past 0, so I asked could I wait til 16:00. A phone call were made and then it seemed actually, ah, er, there were no others coming ("there were lots in the morning"). So now 15:45, I asked well, could I at least just wait 15 minutes to see if any turned up, as I had come from far and explained all that on the phone in my fairly good German. Sorry, no specific info on the very lovely Bella. But IME Mon Rouge is not so up to date all the time with their website. Sometimes the girls take extended vacations (some months usually) back in the home country and the website is not updated. I understand that Bella has been absent for some time now.
