Its too late to turn back! I'll be I Sosua 12/24 to 1/2. I'll probably do a couple of day trips to cabarete ad hang at the beach. Maybe go to PP for a day and hang out at the Malecon, catch up with a couple of expat buddies. My question is has anyone been in Sosua on Christmas eve and Christmas? I figure if all else fails I'll get a chica from Passions! Thanks!

The only mongering place I've heard others talking about that is supposed to be really good during New Years is Thailand.
I like Passions alot. I usually just do the girls on-site as I prefer to sleep by myself. However, if you like girls to come over to your place, IMO the best strategy is to štest-driveš a chica on-site and if you have a good experience and good rapport with her, only then take her out for the night.

That looks like a backpack with a simple waist-band and a chest latch to keep the straps together. Most camelbaks and maxpedition bags are like that.

I watch his videos and am amazed at how many of his facts are wrong, shit he cannot even pronounce the names of most of the bars. El Flows, Rumbas etc. Etc.
I ran into a guy the other day who swears by Cuba Daves videos, plans his entire trip around his info, he did not realise he is just a shill for Passions
Little disappointed with the lack of action, during the day, in Cuba daves, video. Was planning a trip in next little while, and now I'm hoping they get everything finished in time. Kind of like picking up the ' daydate', before siesta, and then going out later in the evening. That place was pretty dead.

Walk around the streets further up Pedro Clisante, lots of chicas hanging out with friends or go to the beach, more chicas there than I have seen for a long time.

I am not into chica casas but many guys are. If you are a gringo don't dance or enjoy Disco clubs. BBs & Casas are life savers. You have captive audience of girls waiting for your money. If you do not want conversation Passions fits the bill. Passions does have some advantages. The girls tend to be more reliable performers.

The chicas are not roaming around during the day because (post December 2010 crackdown) they will be arrested. Even before the crackdowns (pre December 2010) you would not find any chicas roaming around until noon at the earliest.
Things in Sosua do not get started until way later in the day, starting with finding chicas hanging around Rumba Bar around 4-5ish in the evening. And even then you will mostly find a lot of the unattractive chicas during this time frame. The better looking chicas show up much later.
It's like Cuba Dave said in the video: If you want a chica for daytime action, then you'd better get her the night before.

What might be the attraction hanging out down that way? Never been to Sosua beach, only the little one right near town. However, I have heard of good mongering potential.
