[/QUOTE]There are two branches of Silom Sauna, one deep down Soi 22, one near the eastern end of Soi Si Bamphen.

It's a decent low-end sauna, 200 baht for entry. It has a normal sauna, a steam room, hot / freezing dipping pools, normal swimming pool (too shallow), plus a few gym machines. They provide a free locker, towels and swimming trunks. Not gay (always a concern with saunas), although all clients are male. Mixed bunch, a few Thais, some Koreans, some Indians, some Russians, an occasional Westerner too.

There are some rather old and unappealing "massage" girls on the premises (in the entrance area outside of the sauna itself, unfortunately), and they offer sexual services for 1000 baht or so, but Silom Sauna is not really a sex destination.
