In Pattaya many are use to seeing Farangs but as noted you never know what these pricks are thinking? In my experience I maybe have seen one or two in all the years I have been here. I do not look like a Farang but make no mistake if you think you are going to try one of these places because you think it is cheap forget it! Sure majority are stupid in other ways but when it comes to charging you are not going to get Thai price! I look Thai and speak enough and I can't get it but a bit higher?

I've done a few in the backroom laying on the dirt floor with some plastic cover and taken a few home. Rarely do I find one that speak even a bit of English because they seem to be straight off the farm or do not like being around Farangs too uncomfortable. And the worse part I have to do all the work showing them how to give a good BBBJ and many do not like their pussy to be eaten and I live to eat pussy! I usually come away disappointed with a bunch of insect bits on my ass?

People on these forums often warn that local-style brothels are dangerous and foreigners aren't welcome but my experience is that they're fine if common sense is applied. For example I have been to the Dolly brothels in Surubaya (Indonesia) and Jonquera in Cebu (Philippines), little more than a slum, and was wary after reading similar reports on this forum. However I didn't feel theatened at all. The locals looked at me like a curiosity but they were actually pretty friendly. Just because large groups of local men gather doesn't make them dangerous. I would add as a disclaimer that common sense must be applied in these kind of places. Don't flash the cash and certainly don't act like some kind of hot-shot. Smile, enjoy yourself, be friendly and the locals will happily let you get on with it.

What I recommend is you do some research and review on Pattaya if that is what interest you. Particular go back and research poster Sir Lancelot reports 2 months back? I think his reports of his trip would give you a pretty good idea of what is available.

And this does not include if you drink or end up buying a drink for the girl?

I even like to stay in Jomtien (the beach area to the south of Pattaya) as the beach is more nice and the area is much more quiet and you are still only a 10 baht / 15 minutes ride away from Pattaya.

I think some guys come to the LOS with there budget way to tight. If you are going to spend your days looking for 500 bht sex, you should stay home until your piggy bamk is fatter. This is a vacation and vacation means you splurge.

I don't like getting ripped off but I am not going to low ball a woman to the point where her service is not good. They are not stupid, they know what the going price is, upper and lower.

As far as close to the action, anywhere between Beach Road and Soi Baukow is close to the action and it is a correct statement that a 10 bht ride makes even outter areas close to action. If someone wants to know where I stay, PM me.

I fly out Tuesday. Only good Bourbon keeps me calm until then.

I am not a big Soi 6 guy, but sometimes I like to visit the 6 around sundown before I go to Walking Street. I will only take a pretty girl. Maybe 10% to 15% of the Soi 6 girls fit that category in my mind. All of the Soi 6 girls I have shagged were very friendly upstairs. If and I do mean if, I spot a pretty Soi 6 girl with a nice smile I may not make it to Walking Street that particular night, but if I don't see what I am looking for then no big deal. I know where the honey is.
