Just go to the front of the line and pick the first yellow taxa.

Prices depends a lot on traffic and your exact destination. I am guessing anywhere between R60-120 is possible when using the metered taxis.

Get to top floor which is departures. Embarque, and catch a yellow cab that just dropped someone off. Make sure meter is turned on. Cab to Ipanema ran R120 late morning with lots of traffic.
