I always see KL is not a place for mongering. But since I'm passing by I decided to give it another chance.

My travels to KL over the past 3 years echo your experiences and each time it slowly was getting worse and slowly costing. So as you suggest pay minimum and keep them working for more. Agree never go LT and never pay upfront. We all hate bad performance but what we all hate more is getting screwed figuratively. There ARE some better ones out there in KL but its needle in a haystack. You've got to be ruthless in your selection, negotiate strongly and leave no doubt of service levels required and don't be afraid to kick them out if they don't keep their end of the bargain.
