Similarly to how it is here in the States get in the room and pay the fee and have your fun. I just been applying the same thought when I visit Colombia so your saying never pay up front? I did the tour with Woodman around Santa Fe a few weeks ago. I highly recommend it. He knows the best spots and it's easy to get into places because he knows all of the door men. Being with someone experienced helps for the first visit, definitely eases any concerns and overall it's a very good value.

Not trying to get into a 9 or 10 conversation. But I have found there are at least two prices based on how the girls would consider themselves. The girls that think they are average and thus tend to charge market rates. And then the girls that think they are above average and tend to charge above market rates.

In the casas I don't see any different prices charged. But they also have posted prices. It's pretty common for 10 to 20 mil upcharge for bbj which I wouldn't consider getting gringod. The casa girls always give me correct change too. Even when I was new a few years ago.
