Trust me, it's humid. Even moreso than hot. Very humid.

One nice thing about Panama if you're from the U.S. and are using an ATM card is that you don't get screwed by the banks. I was looking over my bank statement yesterday, and just got charged $2.00 for each withdrawal in Panama, and there are no foreign exchange fees. So there's no need to take a lot of cash, IMHO.

I get charged $1.50 every time I use a different bank than my own here in Toronto.

My previous post about a lack of supply on a Friday night was a bit alarmist. By the next night, Habano's had plenty of opportunities, and the next time we visited Veneto, it was well stocked. And there never was a problem with the massage joints. False alarm.

Been to Elite and a bunch of other places, Le Palaca is on my schedule for tonight.

Veneto rocks, the Casino isnt that great for SP´s but the hotel itself is gorgeous.

If you dont speak Spanish then you can still have a good time, I´d say most pèople speak a little to a lot of English.

I've been with 3 girls already and all 3 spoke some English (enough to communicate).

Hello ppl!! back in PTY for a couple of days due to some family issues to fix. Made a tour just to clear my mind of many ugly thoughs and head into Capri around 330am. Place was mostly filled with males and a couple of the regular working girls. Had a beer and began scanning the girls. Range varied from 6 to 7 to a couple of solid 8s and 9s. There have been several comments posted here about guys not being sure on who’s available here or how to approach. This is understandable for a couple of reasons. The bar is in an entertainment district where there are many normal bars and restaurants. Somehow the P4P crowd has migrated here. Additionally, once inside it seems like a normal neighborhood bar. If you were back in the State you would not think that this is place to go for mongering.

This is actually one of my favorite places for the independents in Panama. One thing to remember is that it is very loud inside with the music. So you have to have some Spanish to communicate with the girls. You should not arrive before 11 and they are open on Sundays. It is less crowded on Sunday, but I have seen some girls from some of the upscale clubs (ie Le Palace) in there partying on there night off. They are kind of random on which nights they charge a cover. If you go on one of those nights make sure you take a look at the crowd before you decide to pay. The only time that I have seen it dead was around the Christmas holiday, late December early January.

My estimate would be that 95% of the girls in this place are available for P4P. However some of the girls are more "desperate" than others. Look for the girls just sitting around at the rail across from the bar and NOT drinking. They are in there strictly looking for a client. Easy place to start. Some girls are in there to party first, have a few drinks and dance. A lot of the girls come here to party, and if they are able to arrange a date then all the better. We saw one girl pay for several bottles of alcohol with a $100. Part of the Colombiana money management skills. Spend what you made last night. Another night we saw all the girls drinking buckets of Heinekens because it was a special. The drinking habits are a tip that they may not be as willing to negotiate as deep, but not always true. There also were the true pros who would come in and not drink unless someone was buying. They will go with you, but you first have to hang with them a little.

Buy a few drinks, dance. It is a fun atmosphere. Drink prices are very reasonable. A full bottle of Stoli is $25. I am not sure what the individual drink pricing is. Girls at the tables with guys may or may not be on date. If you see one you are interested in you may just have to wait it out and see. Look at her, smile and express your interest. If she thinks you are a better prospect she will make her move. I think this was the approach that Fantasy took with his girl.

Pricing is all over the board. As usual never accept the first price and negotiate!

One other idea is to use the bar staff to help you find girls. A small propina works wonders. The bar staff know me now there. They know that a tip will be available at the end of the night for introductions. Sometimes I will even point out a few girls to get their reaction. They know if someone is a dead fish or a scammer.

If you are a first timer there I would give a $5 with the first drink and let them know you would like some help with introductions. Then tell them there will be more if it works out.

Here’s a pic of a Colombiana. We had a short TLN for $100 plus taxi fare. We did not head out until about 2:30 and she had to leave at 7:30 to pack and catch a plane to Pereira. But it was well worth it and we had a lot of fun in the club as well.

This board has been real quiet lately. Nobody in Panama? I am particularly disappointed in all the guys who ask a lot of questions in planning their trip. They do this on the board and in pm's. I think the Panama regulars are prettty generous in sharing their info. But there are no new reports in return. Or they are more like comments - "wow, I had a great time, the girls were hot!"

One guy I will call out in particular is Travelwind. He asked over 20 very detailed questions back in November. Some were an indication that he needed a lot of hand holding. Everyone helped out, and not a single trip report. We should never answer another question from him.

Come on guys let's start paying back.

Hello guys! Second round on the Capri, headed there last night around 4am, place was starting to close, many, and I mean many stunners there, a couple were solid 8`s and 2 real 10`s!!

Decided for a petite, raven haired beauty, boosted breasts, well tuned legs and a great tight butt named Carolina. Headed up for 30 mins for $31, total satisfaction.

So far I have absolutely no complains about Capri and definately recommend it!! Its located in Rio Abajo, just take any cab and tell them to take you to Capri or Fenix as it was previously named.

just a short report to advise what i saw going on within the last week.

not much time to partake as there on some serious business and just too tired even for my favorite hobby!

went to the veneto most nights "just to take a peek". would have a balboa beer and look around. then back to the room to sleep solo :(

friday and saturday nights were booming. no shortage of friends to be found.
thursday night not bad either.

there were a few stunners and some far above average girls in the veneto.

next time i hope to be able to say more. however, at least i can say the veneto was looking good.

I am returning for Caraval this week. One thing that i see come up frequently on here is the question of how do you know who is P4P. Almost any disco, many of the open air resturants around the El Congrio area nad all of the casinos have working girls. Veneto's is by far the best casino. Habanos in the evenings is the best. (Very obvious there) The owner encourages the ladies to hang out. They come and go all night. On of the best disco's is La Bodeguita's. Manalo's cafe accross from the Vento casino has many ladies in the early evening and on Sunday night. Venetos usually has girls on Sunday night. Not as many but enough. I have never been to a massage parlor of strip joint, so I do not have any info on them. Then best way to find out if they are P4P is to look at them, if they make eye contact, you are only a few dollars away from getting laid. Some will be more bold, but that seems to be rare. One time in Venetos, I was there with my chica and several chicas made it very plain that they were availble. Just go up and strike up a conversation, even if your Spanish sucks, they may speak some english. some do. In the discos, just ask one to dance, me, I can not dance a lick, no one has seemed to care. Eye contact, a smile and a hola will get you laid most anywhere. There are a ton of working chicas in PC. alot of them will go out to eat with you, go dancing with you and stay the night for the same price as a hour romp. Treat them nice. I have never taken any foto's, sorry. For all the newbies, getting laid in PC is easy, real easy. I am 55, not over weight, but do not have 6 pak abbs. If I can get laid easy so can you. You do get to meet some cool chicas too. They can be a little posseive though. LOL. I prefer to make it like a date instead of the 1 hour thing. GFE is pretty common. There are some drawbacks, so if you just want to bust a nut and move on there are plenty of MP around. Any taxi will take you, they know them all. One other thing, DO NOT take the taxi's in front of hotels and bars. ALWAYS step out on the street and flag one down. It is about 1/4 the price. I stay at the Las Vegas usually.
