2- Spending time with the girl without taking her out: usually 50 thousand for half an hour, or 70-80 $ for 90 minutes. Ask the SNC manager for your request as prices may vary.
3- Yes, you're allowed to touch and kiss the lady as long as the lady accepts. So it all depends on her and the chemistry between you both. My advice: don't go in too hard on her, give her a few minutes for her to get acquainted with you and then get closer to her gradually. Ladies in SNCs get approached by clients all the time who always want to touch them and kiss them, it becomes annoying to them. So be soft and gentle.
