Simple really, you generally have a bar area downstairs, sometimes with a band. Mama's and the girls are downstairs.

Private Karaoke rooms upstairs.

Mama will bring however many girls you want up, you can change if you do not like one or two.

Sing songs, drink, touchy feely etc.

With these girls no sex in the club, if they like you then they will give you their phone number and you can call them out of official work time or you can barfine them and take them out of the club.
