I'm pretty adventurous and at least have ventured to some places in Jakarta most guys have never been to or even heard of like Ruko Robinson, New Medika, Berlian, Kimochi Mabes, etc.

Why do we hear about Classic, Travel, Kota Indah, and Malio as well as BATS and CJs the most? Because these are the places closest to where people stay when they are in Jakarta. Imo the only place that is far away and worth going to is Kelapa Gading.

Those places aren't frequently mentioned here, but they are pretty well known places. However, I bet you first learned about them from this forum and didn't find them on your own prior to reading about them here.

I'm not sure why Medika doesn't get more mention, I love the place. Robinson is a pain to get to, but it definitely has girls and it's the cheapest place in the city as far as I know. Berlian the girls are too old for my taste, and Kimochi Mabes has some stunners. Berlian and Kimochi mabes are just around the corner from Malio and Classic so they are also "close" if you are staying near Malio or Classic.

Kelapa Gading absolutely rocks and is probably the best place in the city, but it doesn't get anywhere near the attention it deserves on this forum.

I have never visited any place in Jakarta that I didn't first find on my own just by searching the city and asking the locals. OS has listed some very interesting ones I have never visited, but I haven't had the balls to visit those yet. LOL. Other than those, I can't think of any ever being mentioned that I didn't already find on my own. I would love to hear about some other interesting places I haven't visited. They are definitely out there.

Agree guys on here should go to New Medika and the bars / spas in Kelapa Gading more often. I go to Medika often since I have/had a regular there. Keep an eye on Google maps and be flexible to go when traffic is not bad.

Now there are a few bars in that complex which I don't recall the names of so maybe those were mentioned but I'll respectfully disagree with you that even regular readers of this thread know to go there. I only know of Robinson because I asked you about places to go in Jakarta which are not mentioned on here often and Robinson was one of the areas.

This is a tourist board and odds are fairly slim a tourist will find a place before a resident of the city like yourself. Same applies for me in Pattaya.

I didn't originally learn about it from reading this forum, but Knight 1001 showed me Robinson years ago. At the time he made me promise not to tell anyone where it was since there were no foreigners at all there so it was still pristine pickings and the cheapest price in town. Knight was great at finding new places!

I just noticed that indoclubbing dot com in its photo section is including visits on ladies nights: Wednesdays at CJs. No familiar faces spotted (they could be shy, I wonder why) and a bit of a concentration on the band, DJ and the tables area. But if you aren't sure what to expect, here's some indication.

The photos at Tiga Puluh is just tragic. Spot the punter. 15 to 20 years ago that place was better than CJs and BATS combined.

Yes, Tiga Puluh used to absolutely rock back in the day. It's so sad what it has become. It all happened after they decided to "renovate". There was no need to renovate that place. From the day they re-opened after the renovation, the place has been dead.

To get a good looking girl there, you need to move quickly. On any given night there might be one or two girls that are worth taking home and they are normally on the market for less than five minutes after they walk in the door. Given that the girls there are now asking for over 100 usd short time (sometimes 200 usd), the quality does not match the price anymore for the most part. This picture is a photo of the CJs regulars and I wouldn't take any of them home. I still like to go to CJs, but I go home alone more often than not.
