All the most reviewed places on here like Mango and Snow White are pretty much fixed price. 1500baht for sex on top of whatever you paid for the room.

My visit to Snow White last year we never even discussed price. When we were finished, we walked to the cashier and she just added 1500 to the room fee and I paid everything at once. Then I slipped a tip to the girl. I really like that system as I find negotiating can sometimes be a mood killer. Not all places do it like this, though. Technically you're paying the massage parlor for the room and you negotiate extras with the girl seperately.

The soapies have more variable prices which you will discuss with the mamasan beforehand.

I used cash for 90% of everything, I don't use cash for the BTS or MRT. I buy a multiple trip pass or load up the credit on the card. I cans stand waiting to pay at those electronic kiosks and just flow through the gates. Also credit cards for flights because I can never get good deals at the Air Asia counter at that Ekkamine mall or whatever it's called. Don't you hate it how there's upto a 3% to use your card and even 5% for Amex in some places. I guess, unlike in the US, the prices are inflated to include the credit card fees for murchants.

I don't think Big C or Carrefore charged a premium as well so ok to use there. Hell, if I didn't use my credit card, I'm sure I would get just as my eyebrow raises becuase it's not in my nature to slam down the plastic.

I had an earlier post in which I said that I've checked Nana upper floors during the day, towards the back. You will find a couple food vendors and trinket sellers there targeting the gogo girls. For various practical reasons, I have to restrain my spending in Thailand. Everything is done with cash, and I usually have enough to spend 5, 000 Bht per day on entertainment over a 10 day trip. That usually gives me one ST and one LT in Pattaya, or a good day with the gf in BKK, or a visit to Mango plus an evening ST. I come to Thailand for the girls not the beer!
