I would recommend anyone traveling to avoid Cancun at all costs. It doesn't matter if you have a wedding band on and have a marriage licence. Their custom officials are addicted to screwing up foreigner's holidays. I went there once on a transfer flight only and those MF'ers caused me and my travel companion a missed flight that was totally unnecessary. They seem very interested in going through your valuables because you don't fit their profile as to what a tourist should be or look like? I am a frequent, frequent traveler and highly experienced in the ins and outs of travel. After causing me such major problems and creating my flight quagmire, I vowed to never return to that country for any reason whatsoever, and I haven't despite living within driving distance of that hell hole, Mexico. Why would anyone travel by air to that toilet hole is beyond me. Their immigration officials have "NEVER" been trained in customer service and are out to screw good natured people out of whatever they can get their hands out of. My personal opinion, they are just as corrupt as the average "Policeman" in the street trying to get a little propina on the side from tourists by phucking with them. Mexico is a mess and I don't recommend to anyone with any sense to go even to their best resort cities. They have no idea how to be hospitable to anyone even their bread and butter "tourists". The State Department has posted several travel warnings to Mexico. They should IMHO post a warning also about their retarded customs and immigration personnel.

A client / Friend just PM'd me to say that the group of Paisa's he sent to Cancun got turned around and sent back to Medellin.

Reason was they didn't fit the tourist profile. They were grilled in airport for 2 hours.

Another red flag on immigration papers they checked off a address of a apartment they rented and not a hotel. Also they were beautiful.

Suggestions for going to Mexico. Go together. Go to a hotel. Go through immigration together. Not seperate. Holding hands or whatever couples do these days. Dress like typical tourists. The hotter your Colombian the more you should dumb up the tourist rolls.

He is now miserable and flying to Cartagena instead.

I usually to day tours 1-2 week on average, but now with the novia it's complicated: I pump my body full with Viagra and Cialis and Levitra, the two latter I bring in from Europe since they don't sell generics here, they I pick out some prepagos, mostly in Laureles and visit like 3 places, if posible I do 2 girls if the prepagos amiga is available and hot. I have taken two girls to Mexico from Colombia, one to Cancun and the other to Cabo San Lucas, and never again, as I went through hell at immigration and customs, as immigration and customs are very well aware of Colombian girls and prostitution, and of course the money / drug trade. On both occasions we were taken aside separately and asked a hundred questions, many that were none of there fucking business. Also on both occasions our suitcases were checked. They are not only in the know about Colombians and prostitution, but are also on the look out for money being transported in and out of the country, and of course drugs. The last trip to Cabo sealed the deal for me, as it was a fucking nightmare, and I am in my late 30's, fluent in spanish, and in good shape, and the girls who I actually flew to Mexico with via Aviana and Aeromexico were 23 and 26 respectively. I would hate like hell to go through what I went through and not be able to speak spanish fluently, as the immigration and customs agents would have a field day with you. First flight was from Medellin the first week in December, and the 2nd from Bogota, which was on January 16th. MUCH MUCH better to go to San Andres!

She also questioned why we did not have a notarized letter saying that we live together. She never explained why and I did not question her about it, thinking it not important. Now with your story I can see the need for one. So thanks for the "heads up", we are going to Cancun March 13. This will be our first trip outside Colombia together. We will visit a notaria in MDE before leaving. My novia fits the description as very very beautiful and much much younger than me, so possibly the flags would fly at Cancun customs.

Bart, can you elaborate here? Mexico is now open to Colombians? They can travel there without a visa? What requirements are there? I had considered taking a lady friend to Cancun as well but figured it would be a headache. We are roughly the same age and have loads of photos together, although we are more fuck buddies than relationship partners.

Agreed Cartagena fits the bill. But with the new not needing a visa to go to Mexico its the in thing to do right now to go to Cancun. If you compare leaving Colombia to even Panama the airfare is about $500, to go to Mexico its about $600. It's a no brain'are to go to Cancun then. Cartagena beaches can't compare to Cancun. Night life is better is Cancun. Its really up to you.

Basically I got a email from someone staying in the studio, saying Barry the girl I invited over is to scared to come by because if she gets caught coming to the apartments she will no longer be able to work at the mansion. I emailed some friends to check it out and they all informed me yes it's true. Not sure how they would know but in any event I said big deal so a girl that's got 100, 000 miles on can't come by for money that was probably recruited from mayorista. I'm have a great time here in Cali. Didn't do any sport fuckin' today because I was just tired of fucking. Period! LOL. Went to the chipi something mall and piged out.

About Medellin:

The hotel Villa Reals is very bare bones. The cheapest room at 55k is very small. No safe, I always bring a lock for my luggage and lock all my valuables in the my bag. No big deal.

The shower doesn't have a shower head. The water just comes out like a hose. Now I know what it feels like to be one of R. Kelly's girlfriends. LOL! The wifi is a little slow. Kinda like DSL. The hotel I'm staying in Cali the wifi as very fast. So it all depends on what hotel you choose. They didn't have any problems with me bring in a working girl I meet in front of the hotel on the weekend. But she stayed for a couple of hours. No over night stay. But the guys didn't say anything. If anything the clerk was like "good choice". Personally I don't do all nighters with girl because its to risky.

On Carrera 70 there are a lot of small clubs and rest that only get busy on the weekend. I found out about H. Villa Reals on my first trip to Med from a taxi. When I asked the taxi driver to find me a hotel close to the action but none looked clean and to my liking. So off we went to el estadio area because I told him it has to be near a metro. There are a few hotels on carrera 70. So I picked the cheaptest one that had Wifi in the rooms. Rooms size didn't matter to me because all I do is sleep in there. LOL!

Try booking. Com or Expedia and you can find plenty of hotels. I like booking. Com better because it has a map of where the hotels are close to the metro system. I try to avoid taking cabs in Medellin because the metro is so cheap and the casas are so walkable.

I appreciate the price listing and I looked it up online and the inside looks nice enough. How are they regarding bringing mujers back to the rooms? Any Hassles from them? Restaurants nearby? Safes in the rooms? Any info you could provide would be appreciated.

Hey yall.

Arrived early evening at my hotel near El estadio Metro. Hotel Villa Reals 55k per night with no ac just fan. But who needs ac at night in the the city of the eternal spring. Small room, clean, and descent wifi.

I went to Encuentros strip club on calle 50 because its a short cab ride from my hotel. I could have walked but I was in a rush to bust. LOL. Encuentros kinda reminds me of a shitty version of club americas in el centro. 63k for 1/2 hr including room which was very poor. You have to go thru the womens bathroom to go to the room. That was a first for me. Rum was 5k drinks for the ladies are 7k. Hooked yup with this aged Venezolana with a great body. When I mean aged I mean late twenties. I gave her a 7 out of 10 stars. There are some young cuties and some real dogs. Kinda a hole in the wall place but I enjoyed myself. No americans were present. Just locals drinking. I think I was the only one that was fucking. Didn't go to Manzana because was very tired after.

Now I'm in Cali after a long 9 hrs bus ride. I guess what? I meet this fine dark calena on the bus and we hit it off. OMG what an ass. I could sleep on that thing. I heard calenas are very approachable. So I tried and sure enough. Just got Lucky. Goin for late dinner in a bit. So far so good. Don't worry I'm still going to do some sport fucking.
