The places you referred to are not in Dhaka. There are cheap mongering options in Dhaka but I never been in those. Also since you do not speak Bangla, I would not recommend you visit those places. You may be robbed, extorted, cheated and get into all sorts of trouble if you are not local. The legal brothel at Daulatdia is cheap and safe, but again, I don't think you can make the trip solo.
