I haven't heard about barbers or hairdressers reopening. Last week there was a confusing note from Duque about pet groomers. They are allowed to reopen along with vets. So you can get a haircut but you have to be a dog. A friend who lives in Laureles sent me a message last night that there were a couple of loud parties in the buildings near him.

I tried to contact a few barbers on FB about coming over. No luck. They said in a couple of weeks hopefully they will reopen.

There has surely been a few parties in my area yesterday. It seems like plenty of moms out here. Also it seems grater than prior level of homeless. More like pre-quarantine levels.
