Posts: 3802Some more Friendly Advice Don't Use Your Little Head On This One
Unless she has a Cedula, at least one that has a photo that resembles her on it you should pass. Lot's of youngsters working to be stayed away from. I have a few girls that don't have Cedulas, and there is a filing they can make I forget the name of it that costs 3 K that states their name and Cedula number on it that can be used when they have lost their Cedula temporarily. And I have had them use this when they have checked into a Hotel with me on occasion, but they are obviously over 18 so it hasn't been an issue. And anyone can print up a fake of this as well. So just waiting until her birthday to pull the plug is just plain thinking with your little head and can land you in a world of trouble!

Legally, she needs a cedula. Which she will not be able to get the day she turns 18. A birth certificate or contrasena will not work with the cops, if it comes to that. So you are taking a risk, even if she is really 18. You could be rotting in jail while she is hopefully helping you and your attorney to prove you are 18. Better to pass, unless you are a risk taker. Depending on where you stay and who you trust, you might be OK.

Haha, I am worried several people on this board myself included are at a significant risk of become a father as a result of quarantine 😉.

I hope that info is wrong.
On a more positive note, I feel there is an unadvertised guidance for doctors to prescribe contraception pills for anything (e. G headaches). I came to this conclusion after talking to my chicas. They truly believe that their doctor prescribed them those pills to helps with headaches, skin issues, body weight etc. I guess that is the government's way of dealing with the problem of single moms. They might be choosing this route because they don't want to deal with the catholic church.

Posts: 1114I agree I can be drugged but at the same time very alert
I am not really a weed smoker only on this trip. Few times I text my brother wondering if I was drugged. Only to be high as fuck off the weed. So I am not immune to being drugged but I am very alert.

Posts: 1114The stage is improvisation lol / socks was part of the act
About the socks I don't know maybe she's been with pollo negra LOL. At my spending price you overlook the small stuff like socks when stripper dancing. Actually they are caught off guard when I ask if they can dance and then clear the table to give room to dance on it. So it's awkward removal of clothes and the main goal is to get a video of the dancing so I don't try to interrupt the moment.

A few year ago in Costa Rica I was convinced by this gal that I was different and so was she and together things too were different. We had seen each other quite a few times over numerous trips. I told this to my Nica sidekick and explained what she had said. Now this guy lives and works there, knows many of the girls and they know him. He's about as streetwise as it gets. Well after telling him this, he said it all sounds good but remember that she is a professional and knows what to say and do and when to say and do it. Of course he was right and a bruised ego and some heartache taught me the lesson no words ever could.

Posts: 4496You described the presidential decree rules accurately. In practice, the pico why cedula (last digit of your cedula determines when you can leave your home for certain purposes) is only enforced by larger chain stores like Exito and D1 and by the Metro. Neither buses nor taxis enforce it. Gana, the betting / mobile phone recharge / cash transfer agencies, began enforcing pico why cedula last week but it gradually went back to walk up service at will just like small independent stores and and electronic shops.
The police have been selectively enforcing pico why cedula but, as reported by local media, not one centavo of any of the billions of pesos in fines (936,000 pesos each) has been collected. There is no known way to pay. My hunch is the fines will be forgiven for all but multiple offenders or in egregious cases like the people caught in clandestine speakeasy style sex and drug fiestas. I've been stopped several times since the beginning of the quarantine in March. Each time the police accepted my lame excuses about a quick trip to the ATM or I thought today was my day. I haven't been stopped since the restrictions were relaxed and people are allowed to go to work. The traffic jams are back since then along with the pollution. The sidewalks are packed and more shops open every day. There is nothing preventing any girl who wants to move about from moving about.

No matter how smart you think you are, you are not invincible when it comes to dealing with Chicas as much as you think you are.

For a first time visitor to Colombia, and how you've been rolling according to your posts, I think you have been very lucky thus far not encountering Chica (s) that will outwit and outsmart you.
Trust me they are out there.

Posts: 1114The hustlers find a way
Girls travel by taxi or whatever means to make ends me. Some daily, some on pico days. Regular girls mostly abide by the law. What's most affected is time catching a cab. I have girls stay 30 minutes to hour waiting for taxi. Even arriving can be delayed or canceled from inaccessible taxi.

Posts: 250I didn't realize it was so easy for people to circulate around. Never mind come visit you. I was under the impression you can only leave your house on certain days based on your ID / Cedula / Passport at risk of a fine if you get stopped by the cops. And if you're a foreigner breaking the rule could be worse than just a fine. Please clarify. Also, who said they heard talk about opening the border? I am sure many of us would like to know where this information was published.
