What changes / what's possible to do in Medellin if someone is fluent in South American Spanish? I'd imagine that you non-Spanish speakers are treated as foreigners a (gringos). But how different would it be for someone who is from South America and looks like a local? I'm worried that some of the chicas wouldn't approach me for reasons such as I could have no money.

Yes, P4 P with under 18 is not legal for anyone. That said, I doubt most any Colombiano would get prosecuted for this, unless they were trying to get him for something else and this was all that would stick (Al Capone approach). Gringos, on the other hand, don't get the benefit of the doubt in most cases. With the Colombia police. And most certainly not with the USA Government.

I believe you have to be 18 to sell your body, you would never know that walking the streets of El Centro as there are lots of minors, especially on the backside of the Veracruz Church working. And the reason I say the girl is not an idiot as I am sure she is not aware that it's a crime for an American anywhere in the World to go with a minor (someone under eighteen), hence not an issue for her to be working. Girls travel by taxi or whatever means to make ends me. Some daily, some on pico days. Regular girls mostly abide by the law. What's most affected is time catching a cab. I have girls stay 30 minutes to hour waiting for taxi. Even arriving can be delayed or canceled from inaccessible taxi.

On tinder she's 18. She confessed that she's not quite 18 when mentioned identification needs to be presented to get in building. Lost identification claim she has report with police.
