Despite ability to travel, Belgrade has become a COVID-19 hotspot, with riots of those protesting against the measures on the streets. International travel from places like the US where the situation may be even worse in some areas won't help. All others risk getting infected, getting stuck in a curfew or protests, or being put in quarantine when returning home (when restrictions are adopted to the fastly changing situation). From 22.5.2020 it is possible to enter Serbia freely. You do not need anything except a passport & visa, if you are from a country that need visa to enter Serbia, othervise passport only. The scene is even more hush-hush than before, but it is active and there are some young / beautiful girls who are available. Of course, now more than ever, you need to be connected.
