How are your Japanese language skills? Either way, it's highly unlikely that you will be allowed in any of the shops, as most cater only to Japanese. Outcall could be a possibility, but I never tried it.

For OL's (office ladies), hit up one of the 3 British themed expat bars in the area (PM me for the name). There are 2 near Nagoya station, and one in Sakae. One area to check out would be the massage shops around Sakae. Odds of finding he / FS are good there. For someone to come back to your room, you'll need some Japanese skills to order deliheru.
