I had her Facebook account with her English account from that, but she had a Thai name account linked to it.

Correct. If you pull that thread by looking at their friends of friends you will find some of these Thai girls have 5 or more Facebook profiles.

I believe the rule internationally is that a transgender can be Ms or Mr. That would mean a Thai post op can be listed Ms.

I don't believe this is true in Thailand the ID must reflect the born as sex.
