Cartagena is not a mongering friendly place in my opinion. Way overpriced than the rest of the Country. For me I was holed up with a Nympho, eating seafood dinners, body surfing, and hanging by the pool. For a guy looking just to do some hardcore mongering, I don't recommend Cartagena. But for some guys, depending on how they roll, it might perfect.

CTG is a great destination for guys like me who want to monger and have a regular type tourist vacation. Especially if you like a warm ocean to have fun in and a historic city to tour with good restaurants and night life. And don't give a shit about paying an extra $30 to fuck hot sexy girls. The beach in CTG does suck but its a beach with warm water and I swam in it every day. You can drive or take boats to really nice world class beaches too.

Exactly why I never returned for mongering after the first time. Surprising that Cartagena is even way more expensive than San Andres (from a tourist aspect.).

I have heard that women mongerers, especially from Europe, go to various locales in Africa. I knew an older American women, who was in her late sixties at the time, who journeyed to Africa for that very purpose and had a "high" success rate. She was an attractive woman in her prime but by that age, gravity prevailed. It also surreptitiously done in a lot of third world countries in Latin America but doubt there is sufficient volume for a site such as this to survive. Correct me if I am wrong as that would be a humorous site to read.

Then you are pretty much fucked. Learned that the hard way recently. Chick I used to mess with in Barranquilla is a dentist. She did my braces for $800 at the end of June. When I got back to the States one of the brackets had come off. I went to an orthodontist and he would not touch them. He said they do not touch other people's work. He did seem surprised that they were speed braces. I don't know shit about braces. I really just got them so she could make money during bad times. When I got to the car I looked it up and speed braces are like the most expensive kind and they self-adjust. A friend said she paid $9,000 for her daughter's braces in the States. In comparison the $800 I paid was a really good deal, but does not mean shit if you have no way to get the adjustment or repair.

So I was on my way to Dominican Republic and had one of my chicks make an appointment in Santo Domingo to get now 2 brackets cemented back on. Went up there for the appointment and same deal: we don't touch other people's work. MF she told you it was other people's work when she made the appointment. So she called her friend who is a dentist in her small town and I drove 3 hours there and he charged me $35 to cement them back on.

It seems like this would have been widely known if it was true. Back a few years ago when La Dolce Vita was in that little shopping center right across the street from the Dan Carlton that would have been a mongers paradise- Playa Hollywood on one side and La Dolce Vita right outside on the other. I think that it would have been wider known then if it was in anyway chica friendly. What I mean by "at some level" is that there are some places where chicas can come in during the day but not at night, some places will allow a chica if you pay a fee, etc.

I pulled a chica off that very street in your photo last trip (further down nearer to the Hilton), she was a 7, very average, and in texting her she settled for 125 k but I sort of tricked her. I respect your point you may however; Buying the same car for a cheaper price issues not the same as buying cheaper service and product for a cheaper price.
