Posts: 4832I am like you. I lived in Phoenix for a few years, and it was my favorite climate. Medellin and Bogota are the best for women. I chose Cartagena for a place to settle in because of the weather but the women there want more cash than in other cities.

In all honesty, my favorite city with regards to women and climate is Barranquilla. I would have to loved to have settled down with some sugar babies there and gotten into a routine. The women there want less than Bogota or Medellin but there are just not as many of them. Other issue is there are literally like no touristy things to do but I think you could hang there during the week and head to Santa Marta or Cartagena on the weekends. BAQ has a desert like climate that reminds me a lot of Phoenix, but it does not get as hot.
The reason we settled in Cartagena is that is where she is from but also because I feel much better there than in Bogota or Medellin. The last few times I was in Medellin the weather was rainy, cold, grey, or dark.

My response may seem rude, but your question is asked and answered about once per week.

Posts: 664Sounds like a fun life. I love my travels but always glad to get home and into my own bed. I have only been on SA for a few years and lost the covid year of course but have had sucess in Playa del Carmen, Cartagena and Tijuana. With all the horror stories of druggings and theft in Columbia I think you are safer with them. You can find the semi pros and weed out the hard core pros during chat. I know that my regular SB in Tijuana had to send SA a photo of her ID for an age check. How was the place you stayed in? I like to be in the nicest GF place available.

This type of post about Seking Girls could be very helpful, if names are accurate.

Posts: 5608The length of daylight hours in Medellin varies between 11 hours, 46 minutes and 12 hours. There are only 14 less minutes of daylight on the shortest day, December 22 and the longest day. And the first longest day of the year is February 9.

However, those terribly short days will continue to get shorter until June 21. All the way down to about 11 hours and 48 minutes. How depressing.

Posts: 397I had sessions with Abril before and knew she was a good performer and a nice personality. The other two were based on looks and that I had connections with them on WhatsApp, plus their Seeking pictures matched their Instagram profiles.

This past winter I lived in Miami, Las Vegas and Guadalajara. Who wants to deal with the cold. So I go where the weather is sunny and warm, but not hot. Right now I am in Mexico City and it has not rain nor been overcast the whole time I have been here. I don't like really hot and humid weather, so no Miami nor Vegas for me the next couple of months.
I am a digital nomad in that I use my computer to sell weekly options for 3 to 4 hours on Mondays in order to make my money. I spend the rest of the week trying not to be bored. So I go to restaurants and malls and do other things to keep myself from boredom, like date and bang Seeking girls.

Originally posted my report in the wrong thread (CTG).
Boots on the ground right now in MDE.
A vax card with 2 shots (Pfizer) worked for me to leave US and fly to MDE.
I had a negative PCR text (taken within 72 hours), not necessary, just as a backup provision.
The airport taxi driver (white and blue car) charged me 100 k mil to arrive from airport to El Poblado (I think he ripped me off because I have never paid more than 70 k or 80 k).
Uber sucks right now for getting around in MDE (couldn't get an Uber to pick me up for 20 minutes). I'm going to try DiDi, since I've heard good things.
The actual Park at Parque Lleras is still under construction. They are working super slow on the project. It will be nice once it's complete, but everything moves slow in Colombia and people here are lazy.
Went to Gustos. There were about 15 working girls. Most of them had fake butts and expensive purses, so I figured the services they offered would be high priced. I didn't even bother to ask how much because only one of them peaked my interest and she was already with a client for the night.
Just ended up walking the streets near Parque Lleras and found a spinner. Not sure what a good negotiable price is for a cute streetwalker is in this area, but I'm comfortable with the price I paid as it was likely 20% the cost of what one of those worn out Gustos girls would have tried to quote me.
Thank you all for your valuable contributions to this thread. Oske, I love living vicariously through you and your journeys here. RiceRocket and TTM, I miss your posts because I enjoyed them as well. .
Surfer, JJB, and many more, you guys rock and thank you for making this community here going strong.

Posts: 1108Hmm, 'short daylight hours' at 6 degrees of latitude right around the vernal equinox. Interesting concept. The winter solstice in 2021, the sun rose at 6:07 and set at 5:53 so the shortest daylight hours would be 11 hours and 46 minutes. I'm really darn sorry about those missing 14 minutes.

Are you seriously comparing a place like Iceland with an average temperature of 36 deg F in the winter and in the mid 50's in the summer, to Medellin? The warmest days in Iceland are still below the coolest nights here. Iceland's highs have a 20 degree range throughout the year. Medellin's average highs vary 2 or 3 degrees, with the same narrow range for the lows, and in a very comfortable range, hence "Eternal Spring. " I guess you were making some kind of joke.

Over a year's time 155 days are "sunny" in Medellin or a little less than half. The US average is 205 sunny days per year so Medellin is well below that. I grew up in the "Sunshine State" and I don't find the climate depressing at all in Medellin compared to some of the places I lived in the northeast. But comparing to Iceland? The temperatures are too far apart and the range is too wide to make that a meaningful comparison unless you're just trying to make some sort of peripheral point for effect.
The most remarkable feature of Medellin's climate is the constancy, or amazingly narrow and comfortable temperature range throughout the year. If that doesn't impress you, then probably not much else will about climate.
Another thing, have you looked around at the green space in Medellin? Because it rains enough and never gets too cold or too hot, the flora in Medellin is all stuck on "grow" all year round and incredible to see.

Posts: 1945There has been very little sunshine in MDE in the past months. Rains every day. Grey, cloudy, short daylight hours, like northern regions in winter. Cold due to the altiutude. If you think that's great, good for you! I don't.

That's the dark cloud that hovers over you everywhere you go. I noticed it instantly the first time I ever laid eyes on you. And you're right, it's depressing.
