This is often the case, and quite a mess to be honest. Several ads that specifically say English, still don't offer even very basic communication on the phone in English. Expect to be hung up on shortly after speaking a few English words. In some other cases the coordinators on the phone speak English, but once you get to the apartment, there is going to be none. I visited Warsaw during last week and have two experiences to share, one at dessert rose and one with Ilona from euroescort.
