I was there on April and October 2022 and you will find girls for sure, but be sure about what you want.

If you only want to fuck girls during the days easily there is soi 6 or gentleman's club, globally it's young girls with not much experience partial English you can find nice girls there but you can't really do more than fucking them, I mean they mostly don't know the city or anything.

And substantially elevated asking price actually often means seller not really interested to sell to the particular buyer. Recall buying jeans in Silk Market in Beijing where asking price was close to 10 times of the actual sales price (for locals who knew the market), tourists paid somewhere in-between based on their knowledge of market, affordability, and interest to participate the haggling. Very different price spread.
