I think they re-bottle those waters in the clubs from the sink, same with anyone in the streets selling water. It's likely tap water refill LOL. So basically free to them and also will make you sick. Most of the time we get sick in those areas and we always wonder why, and this is not something most think about.

If you think this idea is crazy, same goes w the alcohol bottles, they are all mixed / tinted for the most part with something else and not the originals so they can make a profit. It's like mixing cocaine w some power to increase the supply. Those stocks got into DR and few tourists died from those and was in the news, just to point out that it's true. Also it is the reason why when you visit upscale or semi upscale clubs in bog or mde they will ensure you see the seal first before they open it in front of you, since mixed / fake alcohol is a thing in Latin America. They don't all do it but it happens. They do the same w water.

Get your water from stores and upscale places only, maybe restaurants are ok. Try to get hydrated in your hotel or other time, and when your out just drink beer LOL.

If you are in Bogota for a week, I would look for pros in SF, casas, and agencies. Tinder is worth checking for civilian opportunities but I would only invest time in a match that seems especially solid. On Tinder you're running a small risk of being scoped and a larger risk of last minute cancellations or no shows. Agencies sound like a much better match for what you want. La Celestina has specials every week if you give them an email address.

FYI: The cost of the beers are less in Venus than Troya / Fiebre. Troya / Fiebre are the top tier clubs in terms of prices of drinks. The other clubs Venus / California / Texas are second tier in terms of prices. Prices are lower for beers.

The price of bottled water is definitely not 15 k. It should be less than at Fiebre. At Venus, the bartender is definitely honest. He rolls his eyes up when the waiters try to scam the tourist.

Tap water is generally potable in Colombia. Why can't pinche Mexico get its sh! T together?

For your reference a bottle of water is 10 k, a beer like Smirnoff or desperado 25 k, a show is 40 k, sometimes 30 k, if you give 50 k and expect change you won't probably never get your 10 k back. 60 k for a show is definitely overpriced. Price for sex varies a lot, there is no standard, a rato is between 90 to 150 k. 150 k being over priced.

After I showered and got ready and then skimmed this site one last time I headed downstairs with the intent to get a cab. However, even though the sun had set (it was now about 7 pm) I still saw lots of women with kids walking around so I figure what the hell if it's safe for them it probably is for a big guy such as myself. I of course did keep to the main area where other people were around so I wasn't seriously pushing my luck and there were lots of police around the closer I got to the zona. I made it over to the zona fine and was quite happy to be able to finally see all the eye candy I'd seen on youtube videos and elsewhere. I walked up and down a few streets trying not to look like my eyes were about to pop out the sockets LOL.

My ultimate goal for the night was going to be either Troya or Fiebre since those are the ones I see mentioned here most. However, I first decided to take a stroll and checkout Venus even though the talent isn't supposed to be on par with either of the aforementioned clubs. I get inside and get screwed by the mesero talking about some 15,000 for some bottled water. Whatever though I pay it and I stay there for a while. The girls here weren't all that impressive. A few chubbier chicks and some smaller all-natural girls mostly. Not really a lot of enhanced girls here. I was in a bit of a big titty MILF mode anyways and they really only had like 1 who fit that look. After I finished my water I left and headed over to Fiebre. Got to love how they always try to grab the new guy before other girls can get to them LOL. Unfortunately for her I rarely ever see the first girl that approaches me. I like to chill and scope out the talent before I take a girl upstairs. She was nice but I eventually sent her away after buying her a drink. From then on I mostly scoped out the talent to see who I would ultimately take. The meseros mostly weren't too bad until I got one later who literally walked by right after I finished off another bottle of water and was pestering me about getting something else to drink. I was tired of drinking waster at that point so I said a red bull which was a mistake being it cost freaking 35,000 which definitely was crazy since that was 3. 5 times the waters I'd been getting and I had brought one from the Oxxo store earlier in the day and that one was only like 5800 or 6800 (can't recall which one). Needless to say I'll just stick to the water next time. I ended up taking one of those dancers a black moreno from Cali upstairs for one of those dances for a few songs which set me back 60,000. No idea if that's normal rate for that sort of thing or not LOL. Afterwards I went back downstairs again and was trying to finalize who I'd see before I called it a night. The first girl of the night saw I was still there and came back to hit me up once more to see if I wanted to take her up on her offer of sex, but I declined. There was one other chick I was really interested in but she was occupied dancing for some guys so I decided to just take the moreno chick from Cali. So I took her up to one of the rooms upstairs and got taken care of then left and called it a night. I ended up just walking back to the Hotel Tequendama even though it was after 11 pm at that point, but all was good.

This is unexpected, it seems that some Venezuelan organized criminal organizations are taking over areas traditionally run by Colombian crime lords this seems to be an unexpected turn of events having grown up in Miami and Ecuador there was always a healthy dose of fear of colombians and their criminal connections yet it seems that in their own homeland they are being displaced by a hungrier group of humans that want to "come up" when it comes to dating, competing or running criminal organisation the advantage is always with the one that wants it more in this case it's Venezuelans I found this youtube article interesting it's in Spanish but put the subtitles it is very informative.

I second the Bacata building. I stayed in a nice apartment with balcony in the Bacata. There's also a market on the bottom floor.
