Posts: 809Why do so many people visit Klong Toei?
How true if this? If you can't trust some white guy reporting news on Singapore's number one tv channel, who can you trust?

First of all, this was over 3 years ago, I'm sure things are much better in Thailand now. All I know is, where I was and where I am now sucks, and Thailand is awesome, especially Bangkok. When you've been to Bangkok, how can any of this be happening? But check it out though, the chick in the report is 38 while her husband is 63? Like what? And he's not even a sexpat guy, he's just some village farmer dude. What's going on? She's not attractive at all, the type that old, bald, fat and ugly sexpat Danny Devito types like to hang out with. When I watch reports like this, I just get so confused. I tell ya though fellas, if all this be true, why aren't more of us making the most of it? Just saying. Why live like some asshole in the west, when you can be almost god like in south east Asia? Sure, don't believe me, just means more chicks for me, if I get there in time. But no worries, I won't be alive for long, Beelzebub willing I'll get a few months there before my number is up. HA!

But if what this douchebag digital nomad type is saying is true, poop people in Thailand choose to live that way? If you can't trust a sexpat youtuber guy like this, who can you trust? He walked all over Klong Toey, so he must know what he's talking about. So no poverty in Thailand? I don't know fellas, if that were true, then how can we have as many chicks to pick from to pay for sex? If things were well financially for Thais, we'd be shit out of luck when it comes to the hobby. It'd be like Sweden or some such. It's tough to know the truth these days. All I know is when I was in Bangkok, it was awesome every day. I guess much like politics around the world these days, the truth is whatever you want it to be. Everybody gets to live in their own little echo chamber now. Oh well. Maybe I should visit Klong Toey one day. It almost seems like it's own tourist destination now, some sort of poverty tourism thing. Tourists really have a way of taking advantage of everything and everyone. IF you're going to go to Thailand and exploit the locals, just pay for sex. Leave them alone when it comes to where they live. Come on dudes.

Look at this guy making blanket statements about Thai people specifically and Asian people in general. Like he's some expert. And he's probably making thousands just saying shit to the camera. Retired and living the dream. I'm actually so much older than him, but maybe I can do this too. I just got to get my way around the technology. I'm from the days of the rotary phone for gods sake, you young ones won't know what that is. Based on what he's saying, it sounds like there's almost no income gap, and a large middle class exist in Thailand. Which is what I thought! Thailand is indeed awesome. Great healthcare, jobs, education for all. I know I'll love it there. Even if I'm just there for a weeks at a time, semi retired and shit, I'll love it there. I just know it.
Anybody that complains about it is obviously doing it wrong. You fellas are probably jaded from enjoying paradise for too long, or suffering from 'grassisgreeneritis'. Sometimes, just sometimes, and especially with Thailand, you're actually on the other side of the grass, you're standing on the greener side, but you just can't see it. Take it from me, some poor schmuck stuck in the tri-state area, you got it made. Even these douchebag digital nomad types, they got it made.

Withdraw cash from a foreign ATM using your US bank card. Then, change $ to baht in that country.
If I run short of cash in my Thai bank account in 2024, I will have to come with ways to have sufficient baht in Thailand without having to pay income tax in Thailand.

Posts: 98Yes you can do that, but like you said if the Thai tax department monitors cash exchanges (have to provide your passport) when exchanging back to baht. Although yes that is something that will take a while to do. Not an easy task.

Posts: 5461If you take any trips to neighboring countries, you can withdraw cash from ATMs and bring the cash into Thailand.

At some point, the tax department will monitor currency exchange transactions, but I don't think we are there yet.

Posts: 98If leaving the US you can carry up to 10 K when departing on International flight. If more than you have to file FinCen form 105 with CBP at departure airport without problems or risking confiscation. I would be curious if this amount of money would be reported to country of arrival. I will always be making 3 trips a year so at minimum I can bring 30 K without worrying about taxes.

If you truly are in the pussy capital of the world Pattaya then it's a damn shame how you've changed more names then you've gotten pussy this year. As you read this post you should be knee deep in some hot thai pussy taking pics and posting photos of wish you were here Coolie, not continually post bullshit, changing your name like dirty diapers.
INSANITY at its finest. Ooh Well, since you not going to stop here's a list of your next name on ISG to choose from. You're welcome👍.
Raw Dog 40-Ounce. Retard-Benard. Or how about Douchebag Tempura. Tiny Knuck-Knuck. MC Top Ramen. SuperFly Mc Nugget. Simp2 Pimp. HahaRaj.
I personally like Retard-Benard, HahaRaj or AllFluff McGruff🤣.
Yo fellas lets help him out on his next ISG name. Its got to be special for 2024👌.
And now back to your regular schedule program of Rants, Stupid Shit & Coronavirus in Thailand.

Posts: 403I made a post that hasn't showed up yet.
A bit more. I wouldn't be surprised if a fellow member showed up on Soi 6 looking like he was attending Budens 2nd term inauguration.
Tuxedo and everything.
So in other Words who knows. Everything is Possible. Maybe we as a group should Dress better.
Thoughts Subcommittee.

Even walking into gogo bars I visit often the girls' reactions are different. Now if I walked around Soi 25 and Beach Road I absolutely agree you can look like you have 5,000 baht to your name and no girl would think any less of you.
I never said my Freebie girl was a civilian so not sure how you came to that conclusion. I don't chase civilians.
You've been around long enough to know a Thai girl says whatever they feel a guy wants to hear. If you're not Asian and a girl reads you as someone who isn't liking the fact that the Asians get the best looking girls she will say something negative towards Asians. She will say something negative about Americans, Brits, Indians, black, etc if you do not fit in those categories.

I'm guessing yes cause most Koreans and Japanese men Thai girls see are in their early 20's with little sex experience. Obviously they're going to finish up quicker than the average 60+ year old man from a non Asian country (or an Asian country for that matter). Do Asian men pay more? Possibly I don't keep track of their spending habits. They aren't permanent residents in Thailand and are here once or twice a year blowing all the disposable income they have in a week. But I'm not going to say a Japanese guy here as a Weekend Millionaire is going to spend more than a German man also here as a Weekend Millionaire. In fact, the opposite is way more likely as Germany has one of the highest earnings per capita in the world while Japan is among the lowest for G7 countries (my stereotypical conclusion about Japanese not unlike 333 stereotype).

Posts: 6804If I have this correct I can bring 20,000 USD without Declaration in to Thailand every tine I enter. If I want a ton of money in to Thailand I would keep my money in a Vietnam or Laos bank then bring in 20,000 USD for myself and each of the Thai girls I have taken away on a weekend trip. Same goes if I want to export money out of Thailand if I owned a profitable bar. Go on weekly trips with a bunch of Thai girls and it's 20,000 USD allowed to be taken out by each person.
