I am coming to the end of my "vacation" at the beach, during which I have swapped out ladies from Pattaya every 2 days (one lady was with me for 4 days). The last lady flies into Phuket today, and I will drop off last night's lady at the airport.

Have you ever heard of the "pension ladies". In Canada a wife of a deceased Canadian receives 50% of his pension for as long as she lives. Lucky lady might have a few old husbands. Not sure how it works in other countries.
