Booking dot com says the Bayview is not gest friendly. 1000 bht / guest / registration as per their FAQ.

Posts: 18757There are also houses with pools that are not open above. The pool is under a shelter.

Posts: 2882Villas with multi-storey buildings nearby are not discreet. From high above you can often see everything happening in the pool area. Example: villas near View Talay Residence 2 in Jomtien.

2. Noise might be more of a problem than visuals in my opinion. Find out if there is a homeowners association and the quiet hours for where you will be staying. Take your freak parties (multiple girls) inside when they are in force or keep the noise down. I had a friend who went to a fancy resort and was fined 2500 THB for "lovemaking noises" that were disturbing other guests.

Posts: 5459Good advice. Most pool villas have high fences around the pool for privacy, but you have to check.

Posts: 6198Usually these villas with pool are located in jomtien, not in the middle of the pattaya action.

Bear in mind they are still in a neighbourhood. That means other residential houses are nearby and from some one might see what happens in the pool area.
You've been warn!

Posts: 6198In those cases the notice refers to "more than one girl at the same time" (probably to avoid too much partying atmosphere, such as noise, etc).

Posts: 5459View Talay 6 was my #1 place to stay before I bought a condo. VT6 is right in the middle of the action. No problem bringing ladies in.

But, is it guest friendly? What about 2 girls?

Posts: 7748I stayed in four different hotels in Central Pattaya. I liked them all except one. I found all of them by simply reading this tread and following up. My suggestion is that anyone who needs information about hotels in Pattaya all then need to do is read this thread. There is a lot of good information here.

Posts: 159599.9% you will have no problems bring back multiple girls during your stay. Stayed in 5/6 different condos and never had an issue.

You can rent a condo inside the View Talay 6. Many shops there. Years ago I rent it from the owner of a massage shop inside. Make shure you are looking at seaside and you go to an upper floor. Much calmer there.

Posts: 6804How can we answer this accurately if you don't name the apartment? They aren't all the same. If you're talking about something like VT6, Edge, Base then there are no issues.

Posts: 3Related to this. Making my first to Pattaya next month and have booked an Airbnb at one of the apartment towers. Does anyone have experience with these sort of apartment rentals? Will I have any problems if I want to bring a girl back to the apartment?
