Posts: 993The problem is the LAX to BKK flight is around 20+ hours (2 legs). I also try to avoid multiple leg flights.

Ya, Manila Airport is probably the worst airport I've been to. But if you just land, and get your hotel taxi to meet and pick you up, it isn't that bad.

Plus, you can avoid Manila airport leaving if you leave from Angeles (Clark Airport). There is a CRK to BKK flight with Cebu Pacific. Leaving from Clark if you're in Angeles is very convenient. Plus, you can stop by Clark from numerous cities if you return to LAX. Only problem is that going from Angeles to LAX can be a pain. The 2 hour taxi ride and dealing with Manila airport.

I happen to find it amazing that MSP to ICN is 12 hours on an AirBus with just two engines. Those planes are mother fucking beasts. Modern miracles of human engineering. I prefer to do the trip straight through. These modern planes are so comfortable it is like sitting in your living room even in cattle class. I'm amazed. I make the flight straight through and I cannot believe how good I feel after the trip. It is a piece of cake compared to sleeping on a web seat in a plane designed for transport only. Although it was always nice to be able to lay down completely, but sometime riding in those cargo compartments was cold as fuck.
The choices available to us are amazing. No better time in human history to be alive!

Another trip ended and got home.
TF premium was not bad at all. Plenty of responses.
Ended up taking services from 4 girls.
3 were 1500 and 1 was 2000.
The 2000 I just got carried away with her cute ass.
Good sessions. All did BBBJ, one offered anal (couldn't go through too tight to enjoy).
Picked up a couple SWs and as per suggestion here, went to Tulips for 40+ encounter. I would say Tulips was the most underwhelming of all encounters.
Thanks for suggestions nonetheless.

Posts: 2884Yes I choose to maximize my good experiences at the lowest possible cost, unlike folks who way overspend on bad service or to cheap venues that are mostly designed for the less particular monger.

Posts: 2884Except you can walk anywhere you want in Bangkok drunk and or stoned at 4:00 am And survive. Probably can't say that about Brazil.

Can you still get some good, young and pretty girls from there?
FIWFANS for me is a mind bending crap. All that trouble and still there is a big risk of bad service.
2. MR.
Do the girls really charge that much? Or is it like in some other countries where the actual charges are less than quoted there.

Posts: 6804I pretty much do what Steve suggests. Flying from the East Coast before I created my own stopovers for a couple/several days whether it be Japan, Seoul, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, etc then head down to SEA. Left me with very little, if any, jet lag. As long as the price is fairly close to what I would pay to fly continuously on a 1 stop flight for 24+ hours I'm in. The other option is take a long layover and go crash in sleeper "pods" at the airports. Even a 2 or 3 hour nap and to be able to shower is worth its weight in gold. The one in Incheon is particularly nice.

I'm pretty frugal but the one thing I will splurge for is paying more for air tickets if if means getting to my final destination hours before a cheaper flight. I know guys who will fly 2+ layovers to save a few hundred bucks. To me it's not worth it. Just get me there in the least amount of stops available. I personally hate sitting around in airports and unnecessarily going through airport security. Now I'm not like another friend of mine who says if the flight is more than 6 hours he won't go unless he's in a lay flat seat.

I tried to search for a report but I guess there is none here. Any one tried this shit? This seems way up there, given average Bangkok prices.

I try to schedule short layover flights that arrive BKK in the afternoon and then I use the following routine: check in hotel, get laid, eat dinner, go to bed between about 7-10 PM, and sleep as long as possible. That usually gets me well rested and up in time for the hotel breakfast. Jetlag is about 80% resolved only 20 hours after arrival and is 95% resolved about 44 hours after arrival.
The zinger is flight prices. I'll take less than ideal flight schedule to save a good chunk of money.

Posts: 572Good time to be in LOS: exchange rate
USD: THB at 37, best rate in years. Bad news is that the rates seem to be $USD 80 for a session and Bangkok is relatively expensive, noisy and polluted. GFE and anal not readily on the table, and its a minimum of 20 hours from the west coast, add another 6 for the east and pretty horrible time zone dislocation. Weed is legal, but that's best left the stoners. The beaches are polluted and insipid. It's not what is was in the 1990's and early noughties.
Brazil is USD: BRL 5. 65 which is also relatively high, and a low-mid quality session is $USD 17.70 (100 BRL) and a mind blowing, 1 hour threesome about $USD 60-70. GFE, DFK and anal tend to be automatically on offer. Weed can be found fairly easily if you want to be a stoner. Great beaches in several places, especially if you get out of Rio (and Rio is pretty good if you head south west).
It is said that good quality massage cannot be found in Brazil. I disagree. That's inexperienced tourist talk. You just have to shop around, and if you are serious, hit the physiotherapy angle and / or get a male for a sports massage but make it clear "no extras".
With flights direct from NYC, DC area, Atlanta and Miami or Dallas, Brazil is a no brainer.

Posts: 720I go to Thailand from the west coast of the US and it takes me three flights. I usually fly from LAX or SFO to Tokyo with an American airline and then connect through Tokyo on Thai Air.

Posts: 2884All of the previous reports tend to show how YMMV the whole scene is. For example, I would never waste my time on an Escort or Fiw Fans or TF simply because I want to pick out what I am spending my money on in the flesh. I don't do massage parlours as I prefer my girls a bit more untouched. I don't do Soi Cowboy, too many tourists and too much drama.
I get all I need out of Thermae and Nana. At prices cheaper than that referenced here, but that's the beauty of being an old timer.

Great report and I think spot on on most everything. A couple tips from a guy who has done Europe, AP, and South America. First you are totally right on the flight times. Best thing to do it break it up with Europe in the middle. Book one round trip. To London, Zurich, Madrid, or Frankfurt. And book a second round trip from that city to Bangkok. Often this will come out cheaper beleive it or not but it also helps fix the mega travel problem. Choose your city based off fares and what type of fucking you like as follows:

London Diva Escorts. Amazing incall with primarily Romanian girls and recently a bunch of Brazilians. Top notch girls and experience. But pretty much $400/ hour. Def have to try it some time. Unlike the US the I call is her actual apartment. Fucking in her bed is just something special. LOL.
Frankfurt Sharks and Oase FKK. Every man must do FKK. Tons of naked women. Buffet. Sauna. Fuck any girl you like right there on site. Good format to fuck a few. I did two one night and three the next recently. $200/ HR.
Zurich Globe FKK. Same as Frankfurt butter better quality, particularly for service. No fat chicks. Top service. You can also get BBBJ in public there (illegal in Germany). Nothing like throwing open your towel and having s girl go down on you while you survey the club and drink your Heineken. $300/ HR.
Madrid Vive. This is the closest thing in Europe to Brasil's Boates. Fully clothed but sexy women in a bar format. 90% Latinas. Fuck on site. $220/ HR.
I would highly recommend breaking a trip into two pieces like this.
Second, I'm going to have to say until you have done Brazil you have not lived. Esp if you like Latinas. The best club in the world no debate is Scandallo in So Paulo. 100-200 girls all fit and pretty. Luxe nightclub (like nicest you have ever been to). And Brazilian girls are simply the best. Love to kiss and BJ. Like there is no "kissing is extra". Brazilian girls like literally can't have sex without kissing. Plus no rush. You can hang and make out and chat and drink with a girl for an hour before you go to the room. Totally not at all like FKK.
Word of caution do Brasil last because you will be spoiled and it's all downhill from there. I still love Thailand and FKK but they are number 2 and 3 on my list respectively after Brasil.
PS side benefit is even though its like a ten hour flight its only two hours ahead of eastern so no major jet lag.

Posts: 2884I have at least 30 trips in an out to Thailand from the USA and Europe and here is the best advice I can give travelers to the USA based on present conditions. Plus my rule is I try never to do the whole trip in one leg.

Going in to Thailand from the east coast, your best bet is to fly to LA, lay over and then go to BKK the next day. Avoid Singapore Air, its 17 hours in the air and then fast changes in a huge airport. I prefer Japan (11 hours plus 5) or Tapei (12 plus 6) or Seoul (13 plus 4), air times are approximate. The airports in Japan and Korea are better than Taipei. If you want to be a cheap charlie and have no bags and are young and healthy by all means do the 17 hour Singapore flight, its around $400. There is a cheap flight on Philippines Air, but only masochists and Filipinas deal with the Manila airport. My upcoming trip in August (I'm on the East coast of USA) will be direct in to Phnom Penh so unless I chose to layover in Bangkok, I'm going out of LA.
If you live West of the Mississippi, head to LA.
My complication is that when I go into Thailand, I generally have 55 pounds of cologne, mash, peanuts, glass, clothes that fit, etc. Plus I have to come in from a satellite airport. Plus I have to go on to Siem Reap. So I tend to avoid the alternate way in, which would be NYC-Frankfurt-Bkk. 8 hours from NYC to FRA, layover in Frankfurt, 11 hours daily to BKK on Thai air. Layovers in Frankfurt tend to be expensive, especially if you know about FKKs.
A trip entails careful planning: Thus, on a recent trip, no bag, I landed in Frankfurt at 7 am, cleared Imm by 8, got on the Darmstadt Airbus (stop number 14), got into Darmstadt at 9:30 ish, chilled with some coffee, went over to FKK sharks where I stayed rolling in Romanian pussy till 4 am, then cabbed to the bus stop and smoked weed by myself for an hour till the bus came to pick me up to the airport. That's a $1000 dollar layover though depending on your virility. On another trip out of Bangkok, I used the train and stayed in Darmstadt (Inter City and Dormero Hotels are nice) instead of being an animal all night in an FKK.
Its all a question of how you like to travel. I am too old to sleep in airports or enter an airport and come out of a different one 30 hours later. I view travel in terms of days, one day to get here and one day to get there.
