I've been going to Samui for many years, it's like my 2nd home but I'm getting tired of it. I want to find a new place not named Pattaya, but where? I want a relaxed beachfront resort that is within walking distance of at least 100 P4P bar girls, both Lamai and Chaweng provide that. Patong has the girls and the beach, but it is more urban than I prefer. Rawai is a possibility, but I've heard that it won't be safe walking between bars and whatever resort I select. I won't ride a motorcycle and I'm unaware of Rawai tuk tuk availability. I'm considering Hua Hin near Soi Bintabaht, but I'm not confident that the beach is good enough, I know that the beaches on the north part of Hua Hin are not walkable. Bintabaht has my bare minimum number of bar girls and very few are hotties, but perhaps I can find more options across the highway a bit to the south (sorry, I forgot the soi numbers for those bar areas).
What about other options? Maybe Koh Chang (Trat)? Maybe Ko Chang (Ranong)? I've heard these are beautiful, but I don't know about P4P options, they sure haven't been well posted here. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Posts: 1442A visa has to be applied for either before entering the country or when you arrive. When you arrive Visa Exempt you don't apply for a visa, you just get your entry stamp. Further discussion is pointless. Believe whatever you want to believe.

Posts: 5459These are the dog days of Low Season, with lots of ladies in the bars, but few customers.
I went to 3 Ways Pub today, an old guy was buying drinks for 10 ladies. And a couple of South Asians were trying to get some mileage over one lady drink.
A few of my regulars are back in the village with sponsors paying them to live with their Thai husbands. No idea what that's about.
I get lots of messages from ladies who want to come to the condo. Because they don't have customers.

Posts: 18757I was in 808 one night and they were playing his most famous song. A girl I was talking to was singing along and then she asked me what he is talking about in the song. I told her that he is saying he likes cocaine. The look on her face. A lot of these chicks can somewhat speak English, and sing the lyrics, but do not take for granted that they actually know the meaning of what they are saying. I would say that goes double for the Philippines. A lot of guys like to go there on the basis that they speak English. Mimicking the sounds and understanding are two different things.

Posts: 18757There was no error on my part. The stamp that is put into a passport upon entry into a country is in fact a visa. A visa simply is permission to enter a country. If the authorities stop you while you are in a country and see no entry stamp it means to them that you have not been granted permission to be in a country. You may want to look up the definition and etymology of visa.

Posts: 519I generally hate 808 because its pretty dark and you really cant see the talent, but I was finally able to find someone I liked there. I think the vast majority of 808 women, as well as other discos in Pattaya, consist of fat, overweight, too many tattoos, too ugly, trashy, or they're already taken. However, a somewhat famous rapper by the name of OT Genesis was making an appearance that night (June 22) so I figured this might be a chance to see some new talent.

So my general pessimism towards discos, including 808, has been restored a bit.

Posts: 7748My Time; My Money; My Dick; My Life
Will not be defined by individuals here on ISG who think they can shout me down and making a proclamation from on high that I dont exist
I spend 4 - 8 hours on my computer everyday. You see I am so poor. I need I need to earn money. Otherwise I would not be able to buy pussy like the rest of you rich mother fuckers up in here. Not hating. Just saying because I am a man and I can admit to my limitations. I am seeing crazy numbers (IMO) getting posted. I don't care how another man spends his hard earn money or how he spends it. I am so poor that is why I moved to Thailand because I needed to lower my expenses. The Dominican Republic especially the puta pueblo in Sosua is so damn expensive. I can't afford it anymore.
That being said I was in Central today because I needed to put 100 THB into my account so I could buy some lunch. Lunch turned out to be 193 THB so I had to scronge up some THB in coins to make up the difference. I wanted to try out my new concept of being my own bank. I needed some tech equipment so I headed to Studio 7. None of the sales people paid any attention to me, because hey you know, you can just look at a person and tell they have money. They looked at me and they could tell I didn't have any.
I decided what I wanted and looked over and caught the eye of a young sales associate. He immediately came over and I pointed to what I wanted. He then begin to go through the list of items I wanted: iPad Air, 11", 128 GB, wi fi only, in blue; magic keyboard in white; Apple Pencil Pro, screen protector and Apple Care. Excellent. He gathered up my equipment and led me over to the cashier where the lovely girl totaled up and completed my transaction. The sales associate came back and escorted me over to an empty table where he then applied my screen protector. He offered to set my iPad up. But I declined as this was not my first iPad. LOL!
While he was applying my screen protector, I look around and there was mostly Thai people in the store. Only saw four farangs in the store including myself. There were three time more Thais in the store. They were not window shopping. IPhones were flying off the shelves. I saw another iPad (model unknown) being purchased. Someone very happily hauling out an apple desktop.
So, much for resource scarcity among Thai people. Individuals who think that better actually bring their head up out of pussy and take a break from their online meetings, creative writing, buying lady drinks, get out from in from of their monitors and look around the real world that exists in Pattaya. These are the same people amusing themselves in-between their times of boredom during their on-line meeting by writing useless creative works of fiction. Cracks me up! Anyway, I gathered up my booty that I scored for the day and headed over to Tops. Always cool to see farangs that look like me having just as good of time as I am. At Tops I was like the passive aggressive BBFS guy. I was buying all the junk food I could my hands on the way he buys lady drinks. LOL! Less than 1000 THB. Munchy run complete. I am out the back door (Beach Road) entrance to board the Baht Bus (10 THB).
Apple magic keyboard: 11900 THB.
Apple iPad Air: 23900 THB.
Apple Pencil Pro: 4900 THB.
Pixel Tempered Glass: 1290 THB.
Apple Care+ for iPad: 2990 THB.
Total: 44900 THB
I completed all of the above virtually. Never leaving my room. It was all in my mind. Right?
Virtual life is good. Being in front of a screen, beating on a keyboard computer, with no money to spend LOL!
Headed back to my room. One bedroom, nah. I only own studio apartments in excellent locations. I only have two computers, four phones, a fire 10 and now an iPad. Here. My other base is fully stocked. LOL! One of the reasons I really like going to the mall is because of all the attractive girls roaming around. I have to learn Thai so can start talking to them. Tonight I'm posting up with ATF at the Bus Bar. The Cmdr may not be ballin like a mother fucking pro like all ya'll mother fuckers. But I enjoy my life. Online and in the real world. LOL!
I guarantee shorty it's real, baby stick it out
Here comes the man of steel
Doing it and doing it and doing it well
Doing it and doing it and doing it well
I represent Vegas, she was raised out in Issan - LL Cool J, Doing' It.
How you like me now?

Posts: 1442Your are correct. I had to expand the picture to be able to read it since the print was so small. However, that does not make it a Visa. The W.30 would appear to be the code for visa exempt entry.

Thank you HorseTrader because I was about to go get my eyes checked at Bangkok Pattaya hospital. What that stamp says was the source of my confusion.

The Visa Exemption is the most commonly used method for entering Thailand. On landing at an Airport, you are are stamped permission to stay for 30 days. This covers most people on their holidays. The stamp can be extended at a local Immigration Office (in country) for 1,900 Baht for a further 30 days, after which you then have to leave the country.
This turned into a I know Everything About Thai Visas contest. I was in error. I acknowledged the error. As a real man can and should. Now, it should be over. Especially since nobody is reporting that they got turned back from the border at immigration. Everyone posting here has been able to enter the country and get access to buy bottles, lady drinks and pussy at whatever price and whatever quantity they choose.
I am surprised at how fragile some egos are that they feel to engage in ad hominem attacks in a passive aggressive manner. Really has not been necessary to resolve the issue. But when you write to amuse yourself between your on line meetings this is what happens. To each their own. Let's get back to an exchange of ideas. No reason to constantly attack the man.
I got the first round at the Bus Bar on Soi Treetown. Whose game?

Visa waiver is the general term. You enter TH on a 30-day visa waiver. You enter Brazil on a 90-day visa waiver etc.

Posts: 1442When you arrive Visa Exempt, this is what they stamp in your passport: your entry date and your departure date. Nowhere does it say Visa.
