I've been able to access genevagirls from other countries in Europe. But having said that, there are some foreign sites that I haven't been able to access from Switzerland, and only accessible when I'm in that country.

I haven't tried a duplex for more than 10 years, so no advice to give there. I know that Genevagirls can offer that, but it's best to book in advance to make sure that both girls you want are available and for them to verify that the girls are up for that.
