Posts: 991So just wondering about the enforcement. What will happen if you don't file? Can you answer? How will they force you to file or punish you if you don't? There are no enforcement guidelines and there never was. The 180 day rule has been around for years. Only the accessible income has changed. So, in the past you were here more than 180 days in a calendar year, so why you only worry now and not before? Feel free to PM me as I know I'm bringing this out in the wrong section of the forum. Apologies to you all.

Year winding down and no clarification on anything.
P.S. Look at how much revenue Thailand is losing by me and explore not being there. Yes I'm Flexxing. Haha.

Posts: 5459Now I remember Soi 13 back in the day. There was a daytime gogo called "Miami", maybe someone remembers when it was open. I believe they had naked dancers.

Posts: 991Just curious. If you stayed in Thailand more than 180 days this year, how would the Thai government enforce this rule on you? How would they force you to file your personal income tax here. To my knowledge, immigration is not enforcing this when you extend your visa. So how ? Why are you so worried ? If you can explain the enforcement guidelines on this, I would be most interested. What would happen to you if you didn’t file?

Posts: 5459I travel because if I spend 180+ days in Thailand this year, I will be deemed a tax resident. Sometimes when I travel, I take a Thai lady with me. Tomorrow I go to Macau.

I once took a lady on a two week trip, and halfway through, she broke down, spending two days in bed crying all the time. She missed her Thai "boyfriend". After 2 days, she composed herself and carried on. When she got home, her boyfriend's wife threatened her and that was the end of that guy. Since then, she has traveled to other places with me, and her new boyfriend takes care of the kids.
Before traveling with a bar girl, have her go with you long time in Pattaya. Then, do a few days in Bangkok. By then, you will have an idea if you can live together. I have had ladies flake out in Bangkok.
The last step is flying to some domestic destination like Phuket or Chiang Mai. If she can handle that, a trip to Malaysia or Vietnam or Macau is possible.

Went to Chloe's Speakeasy last night. It's the bar within a bar, upstairs from Heaven Above. About 15 girls in total, about half were doable. Three booths and a bar. I bought a few lady drinks but I was quoted 800 for the room and 3000 for the girl, so I passed.

Posts: 5173Hahaha. I took a girl home once who was like fucking a plank of wood with a hole drilled in it: totally lifeless. In the morning, a finger lead to more fingers which lead to wrist deep pounding with her becoming more and more animated at each step. In the end she was bouncing off the walls with pussy juices running down my forearm.

Posts: 2662Yes, you should definitely come back. The first time I went to Pattaya, in 2005, I didn't like it very much either. But just like you I was there for only a couple of days, and I soon realized that was simply not enough to explore this unique town. So about 6 months later I went back, and stayed for 2 weeks. Since then I'm hooked, and came back dozens of times. You just have to find your way in this place, get used to it, and find out what works best for you.
