How much do you think is a right tip for 90 minutes or 2 hours?

It depends, it is not Thai culture to expect tips but in the tourist places they adopt bad habits and as most of these girls are really hard working and dirt poor fell free to give them a 100/200 baht. Some of the MP that have really low prices to be able to survive so I think it is the right thing to do and certainly appreciated but these are the only places, otherwise I rarely do it. This ain't the US. Worst example is healthland, overrun by Chinese clients where they aggressively bother you for tips. Paying up to 3000 for a very good massage and then also have to mandatory tip, hmm. It was a one time visit for me even I live next door.

It's uncommon, but anything is possible. Most girls don't work there for "fun" so presumably most will go with customers. However, it's possible that she was having her period / the last customer hurt her vagina / she was really tired / you were rude etc. I've seen the door bouncers reject people at the door mostly Indians and Arabs for no reason (the girls have a long list of complaints about Indian customers). They try to attract a mostly Asian / Farang crowd but I've seen every color and flavor in there. If someone rejects you, be polite respect her choice, and find someone else.

Stepped in to this place around 9 pm last night looking for a legit massage, booked 90 minutes. Private rooms with a shower, overall nice place and 90 minutes was 700. Go down Soi 22. All places will do HJ (don't pay more than 500, "ha roi baht", or just hold up five fingers), most will do BJ and FS (1000-2000, depending on how fresh of the boat you look).

There aren't many lookers, but some look good enough, and sometimes one can stumble upon the occasional gem there. Main objective there should be getting a massage though, with a HJ if that's your thing. Otherwise, better going to one of the dedicated sex shops.

It's true we don't see many reports on legit massages with a little extra on the side. It used to be because it was so easy to get, most massage places along Sukhumvit will have a little extra. But I have noticed on my trips post-pandemic that massage places are trending away from having a blend of good massage and extras, to being split between legit massages with nothing extra and places with a cursory massage and then a main upsell.

I have reported previously that Yama Herbal Massage on Thonglor is a favorite, and it still is in the rotation for me. Another two favorites recently have been on Sukhumvit 24.

Kyoto Massage Soi 24.

This one is a chain and you can find a few along Sukhumvit. But the one on 24 has the best facilities. The shop extends deep insides and has individual cubicles with individual showers in them, but the walls don't go all the way up, so no FS offered. As well, this place offers an aloe vera massage option, the pros of which is you don't have to spend time in the shower afterwards to meticuously clean off the massage oil. Perfect for those who are getting away from travel partners and don't want any questions of why they have a scent of oil on them.

In terms of talent, this place is mixed. The masseuse roster ranges from young mid 20's to late 40's. The older ones offer the best massages. I have been offered HJs and BJs here. Tip for extras is 1 k.

Spring Massage and Spa.

This one is interesting as it does not fully outright offer extras in the traditional sense. Instead it offers a professional prostate and lingam massage under the guise of health benefits to the nether regions. The massage is advertised as the "Spring Signature" and as it is a professional massage, all 60 or 90 minutes of your choosing will be dedicated to the crown jewels and whether or not you finish is entirely up to you, they won't go out of the way to make sure. The spring signature can be paired with an oil massage, deep tissue massage, or hot stone massage. Personal favorite is the deep tissue as they do a really good job of working out the kinks. It is on the pricier side though, starting with 1. 8 k for the signature and up to 3. 6 k when paired with hot stone.

As for the talent it really doesn't matter, it's a place for you body to be pampered.
