The entrance to Barons was on the left hand side of the first alley on the left off Soi 24 (near to where Addict and other places are now). You could also enter through the attached barber shop on Sukhumvit road itself, just past the beginning of Soi 24.

From my memory, which is selective and creative these days, Baron backed onto Sukhumvit but you accessed it from the first alley on the left as you go from Sukhumvit into Soi 24. I have been wrong once or twice though.
